Move-in Checklist

First Month's Rent & Security Deposit

Your first month's rent payment, security deposit, and any other applicable fees should be paid at the lease signing.

Move-in Date & Inspection Checklist

Your move-in date will be arranged at the lease signing. We will also provide you with a copy of the inspection checklist. Fill out the form carefully and return it to our offices within 72 hours.

Utilities:

Utilities are seamlessly handled by our accounting team. All accounts remain in the owner's name and you will be billed for the actual usage through your tenant portal.
