When you are a student-athlete at Rivier University, you become part of the Riv family. Rivier also offers plenty of recreational opportunities ranging from aerobics and weight-training to ultimate frisbee and pick-up basketball games.

Athletic resources include the Muldoon Fitness Center, which hosts basketball, indoor soccer and volleyball, as well as fitness and weight-training equipment; Joanne Merrill Field located directly on campus for soccer, lacrosse, and field hockey; Raider Diamond softball field and Riv Beach which is a world-class, outdoor, sand volleyball court open to all Rivier University students; and Linda Robinson Pavilion elevates the game-day experience for athletes and fans. We promise that if you participate in and complete our Employment Promise Program, you will secure a job within nine months of graduation. If not, you will receive additional financial or educational support from the University. The program includes mentorship through Rivier’s Career Development Center, a contract outlining investment goals and expectations, and specialized, four-year academic and career action plans that incorporate a set of experiences proven to enhance overall employability and success in the job search process. Opportunities include participation in career assessment evaluations, mentorship, research and field experiences, internships, resume and portfolio building, mock interviews, and employer information sessions.

2. Forward your high school transcripts. (Transfer students should send high school and college transcripts.)

3. Rivier University is fully test optional. Students wishing to submit scores can do so through College Board or ACT. 4. Send at least one letter of recommendation from a counselor, teacher, or an advisor about your academic ability anzzd character.

5. Submit an essay—find topic suggestions on the application.
