WHAT IS DIABETES 101?

Diabetes 101 is designed to provide basic knowledge to prevent and manage diabetes. The presentation covers: diabetes statistics; what diabetes is; the types of diabetes; diabetes risk factors; signs and symptoms of diabetes; diabetes complications; diabetes prevention, management, and resources.

IYENGAR YOGA Is a form of yoga that incorporates all of the components of physical fitness with a focus on structural alignment of the body as well as mental relaxation. Studies have suggested that breast cancer survivors who practice this form of yoga have increased well-being and positive immune system response. Class conducted by Kathy Taylor, certified yoga instructor and breast cancer survivor. Feel free to bring a friend!
