BAR INFORMATION

HOSTED BAR SERVICE:

A “hosted” bar is when you are charged a price per drink consumed at your event. Each drink has a price and you pay for what you and your guests actually drink during the event.

Client will be invoiced for the actual usage of the hosted bar service at the conclusion of the event and payment will be expected PROMPTLY at the conclusion of the event.

HOUSE WINE: Brand subject to change. Ask Assistant Director for further information.

BEER SELECTION: Please choose one import and two domestic brands of beer. For beer choices not listed, it may be possible to special order. Ask Assistant Director.

CHAMPAGNE TOAST: Available upon request.

CASH BAR SERVICE:

A “cash” bar operates like any other commercial bar experience: guests can order whatever they want but are expected to pay (and tip) the bar staff when the drink is served.

Bartender Information

One bartender is required for every 100 guests. Please contact the Riverfront Convention Center for current Bartender Fees.

All mixers are included with bar set-up.
