WELCOME TO THE RITZ-CARLTON, PERTH CATERING PLANNER Designed to create a sense of place, The Ritz-Carlton, Perth features over 10,000 pieces of handpicked Kimberley sandstone. The lobby recreates the dramatic landscape of a Karijini gorge and the pink mirrored glass is symbolic of Argyle pink diamonds and Western Australia’s stunning sunsets. Carefully crafted cuisine on the catering menus spotlight the flavours, producers and winemakers unique to the region and take guests on a food and wine journey that tells the history and culture of Western Australia.

Choose one dish per course showcasing a variety of the finest Western Australian ingredients including Abrolhos Islands scallops, Peel Inlet blue swimmer crab, roasted salmon, Berkshire pork and delightful desserts. Alternate drop is also available at an additional charge.

Our canapé menu is intricately designed to showcase produce from throughout Western Australia. Savour in a selection of cold canapés including smoked salmon blinis, lamb tartare, char-grilled zucchini, and hot canapés including crispy pork belly, Abrolhos Islands scallops and salt and pepper tofu. For something a little more, substantial canapés of mushroom risotto, potato gnocchi, lamb cutlets, confit duck leg and more can be added to your catering selection.

Available in three different sizes for up to 16 guests, the signature Ritz-Carlton Cake will delight with its rich flavours and history. In a worldwide collaboration of The Ritz-Carlton pastry Chefs, our innovative culinary artists began with Grand Marnier— the cake’s signature ingredient—and added their own memorable imprint. The result, an indulgent chocolate cake, is a showstopper in the grandest of ways. Indulge groups of up to 50 guests with a strawberry shortcake or hazelnut shortcake, available in five different sizes. Cakeage is also available for $7.00 per person.
