16 YEARS

strong

Canadian Company, Celtic Heritage

The authentic Celtic experience, created with care.

Celtic roots run deep at RIT.

One name, four spectacular destinations.

This year, we celebrate 16 years of sharing Ireland & the U.K. with you.

We can recommend our tours to you because we’ve experienced them ourselves. Our staff have explored the underground vaults in Edinburgh and hiked the West Highland way. We’ve cruised along Loch Ness and discovered charming family run B&B’s and seaside manor houses with inviting fireplaces. From the magical Isle of Skye to the world famous greens at St Andrews—we’ve seen it all, and can’t wait to share it with you!

Though Canada is home for the Duffy family, celtic roots are in our blood. This patriotic love is the driving force behind everything we do. We pride ourselves on the unparalleled, personal experiences that we make possible through our strong familiarity with the land and its locals. The care we have for our homeland will be evident throughout every detail of your tour.

As we open tours to new regions of the British Isles and beyond, our priority is that we don’t forget where we came from. For this reason, we’ve rolled all of our tours in under the name of RIT. Under this banner, we are proud to present you with your 2017 vacation options. Happy travels!

It’s been our genuine pleasure to invite you to experience Scotland, England & Wales up close and personal, and we’re proud of the part we’ve played in helping to create thousands of exceptional vacations. As our business has grown during this time, the fundamental purpose of RIT has remained the same: to give you an authentic, hand-crafted vacation experience that you won’t soon forget.

We want you to feel the same enthusiasm about Scotland that we do. With us, your vacation is in good hands.

Discover what's great about RIT's Britain! Make 2017 your year to discover Great Britain. Transport yourself into a different era by taking the road less travelled through England’s quaint towns and villages, than find yourself immersed in the diversity of trend-setting London. We all know about the Seven Wonders of the World but did you know that Wales has its very own seven wonders? Best discovered by car, these wonders include Mount Snowdon and St. Winefride’s Well. Scotland, famous for its mysterious lochs, majestic mountains and whisky, is home to the newly completed North Coast 500. This new route comprises of more than 500 miles of the best scenery the north coast has to offer starting in Inverness, the capital of the highlands. Take a peek at our 2017 Scottish Royal Coach Tour series where we have added the beautiful five-star G&V Hotel in Edinburgh to our already superior selection of properties. Our England and Wales Classic offers you the very best of the two countries, all while staying in authentic manor homes. Combine The Scottish Royal and England and Wales Classic to give you an unforgettable experience you won’t soon forget!

Ian Duffy, FOUNDER & PRESIDENT, RIT

WELCOME TO A

great experience! My wife and I just got home yesterday and wanted to send a note to say how much we loved our trip. Before saying anything else, we want to praise the staff of RIT. The accommodations were lovely and the staff were wonderful at each. Both my wife and I have fallen in love with Scotland and Ireland, so much so that you will probably hear from us for a return trip to see some of the places we have picked as favourites. When we do, we’re hoping to see Maggie, Hugh and Joseph again.

Sincerely,

Emerson and Kathleen

In the past few years we have traveled far and wide, gradually working through our most extensive “bucket list,” and have had many positive experiences and some that were not so positive. However, I can definitely say that the experience that Alan provided for us stands out in the most wonderful way! Visiting the highlands of Scotland, including the Isle of Skye, has been a personal dream of mine for most of my 60 years. Many thanks to Royal Scottish Tours for providing me with this outstanding trip of a life time!

Sincerely,

Patti
