It's important to remember that if a step is skipped in our communication process, you may miss connecting with the individual who likely has the most information about the situation at hand.

Effective communication not only fosters a strong partnership but also allows for swift resolution of any concerns or queries you may have.

If you have any concerns for the safety of any child, you must immediately contact Ms. Kerry or Mr.Osama, the Designated Safeguarding Leads for Early Years and Primary or Ms. Carol, the Child Protection Officer at RIS.

Parents, please allow teachers 24 hours to respond during the working week, any emails received on a Friday will be responded to by Monday.

Teachers and leaders will try their best to accomodate face to face or online meetings when requested after school after 3pm.

A reminder that teachers are with your children for the large majority of the day.

They may be unable to respond to an urgent email, if there is a last minute update to your child’s schedule e.g. no bus, another parent collecting your child, please contact Ms Sehrab, risprimaryreception@ris.ae as she has constant access to emails and will ensure teachers are updated.
