Twelve Finalize External Colours

It’s time to finalize your cladding colours, unless you’re opting to paint your new home, like 24 Douch Rd, will be. You’ll also need to confirm your roof and joinery colours.

Thirteen Landscape Moodboard

Although your home is not yet completed it’s time to look at landscape designs!

The 24 Douch Rd owners used a Landscape Designer (Rescaped NZ) who helped create a cohesive outdoor living / entertaining space and gardens, as well as a planting plan.

Take a walk-through your new home with James from Handcraft Homes to ensure that the layout and functionality is what you had hoped.

It’s time to walk through with the Electrician to confirm and/or make any changes.

This is also the time to confirm if you wish to purchase any pendants and/or outside lights.
