Orientation Day: New Families
Guide Monday 31 Aug Arrival & Welcome
Gates open for families at 8:40am. EY2 students to be dropped to the EY2 building from 8:45-9:00am. EY2 parents proceed to auditorium for 9:00am welcome presentation. EY2 students should be collected from the EY2 building at 10:00am. Grade 1-5 students to be dropped to Primary Reception in the Primary building from 8:45-9:00am. Grade 1-5 parents proceed to auditorium for 9:00am welcome presentation. Grade 1-5 students should be collected from Primary Reception at 10:00am. Grade 6-11 parents and students proceed to the Auditorium for the 9:00am welcome presentation. Grade 6-11 students will be collected by leaders and teachers from Auditorium and taken on tours. Grade 6-11 students will be brought to the Canteen at 10:00am. All Parents will remain in the Auditorium for welcome by Leadership from 9:00-9:30am. From 9:30-10:00am parents are invited to the Canteen, to visit the Primary Gym, or SHUS close to Gate 9.
Parent Team
The Parent Team will be available to help guide families. They will be stationed in the Canteen after the welcome presentation for any questions, or just to say hello!
Second Hand Uniform Shop (SHUS)
The SHUS will be open at their new location at Gate 9 for purchasing second hand uniforms.
Primary Gym
The following staff/providers will be available in the Primary Gym from 9:00-11:00am for new families: Parent badge collection STS - Transportation Food Nation Toddle support External Providers Arabian Swim Academy CF Tennis Inifinite Sports Magrudys – samples for sizing
Admissions
The Admissions Team will be in Admissions for any admissions questions/document checks.
