ABOUT ME My professional journey has been a rich tapestry woven with various threads. Armed with a law background, I spent a rewarding 15 years in the vibrant world of hospitality, honing my skills and cultivating a deep understanding of customer experience. As a dedicated teacher in Hospitality Management, I had the privilege of imparting knowledge to aspiring professionals, fostering a passion for the industry. However, amidst these experiences, my heart has always been drawn to the transformative power of the building world. Beyond the academic realm, I’ve immersed myself in the practical aspects of design. I’ve personally overseen the construction of my own home, brought vision to life in a restaurant and pastry shop, and contributed as a freelancer to a quaint take-away establishment. These experiences have not only sharpened my design acumen but have instilled in me a profound appreciation for the marriage of form and function. My journey encapsulates a fusion of academia, real-world hospitality, and hands-on construction. This portfolio is more than a collection of projects; it’s a testament to my unique background—a blend of legal insight, hospitality finesse, and a relentless passion for creating spaces that tell stories. Join me in exploring this portfolio, where each project reflects not only my dedication to design but the rich tapestry of experiences that have shaped my approach to the world of interiors.

S UM M ARY The design intention for the Piccadilly Hotel in Potts Point is to create a unique and immersive experience that takes visitors on a captivating journey through the evolution of music experiences. By transforming an existing heritage building into a sonic time capsule, the aim is to capture the essence of different decades, from the 1930s to the 1990s. The design will not only celebrate the diverse musical genres of each era but also incorporate visual and atmospheric elements that evoke the cultural significance and iconic aesthetics associated with those times. This project seeks to blend history, design, and sound to provide patrons with a one-of-a-kind, nostalgia-filled experience that resonates with the spirit of each musical epoch and the unique urban tapestry of Potts Point.
