PRINCE OF TENNIS – There’s a rumor going around that a 12-yearold boys is entering the 16-and-under age group tennis competition. How can someone so young compete with the big boys? Well, he’s no ordinary kid – he’s none other than Ryoma Echizen, the Prince of Tennis! Fresh from winning tournaments in the United States, he has come home and enrolled at the top-seed tennis school in the district – Seishun Tennis Academy – where he wows everyone with this unbelievable talent, experience and knowledge of the game. Ryoma’s father, Nanjiro, was once an up-and-coming tennis star. Now as Nanjiro’s talent was passed on to his son, Ryoma must now battle players from other schools, as well as his own, to prove his reign as the Prince of Tennis.
