ith ever increasing speed, economic development and maturity, Africa is transitioning to a digitalbased economy. African Business Association DAWN is positioned to take a pro-active role in this transformative process as an educator, facilitator, innovator and partner. It cannot be assumed that Africa’s transition will happen automatically. A comprehensive approach with full participation of all Africans in Africa and the Diaspora, is required.

Through our DAWN digital publication, our ABA website, the DAWN YouTube channel and other ABA outreach and facilitation programs, we offer a platform for you to participate by sharing your products, projects, programs, concepts and visions with those invested in producing a positive economic development future for Africa and her Diaspora. The Diaspora, which dates back from the 1600’s, provide remittances, promote trade, create businesses, spur entrepreneurship, and transfer new knowledge and skills.

The ABA DAWN platform facilitates bringing the continent and the Diaspora closer to achieving the comprehensive collective approach to that strong economically viable future we want.

DAWN is published every other month online as a high-end, niche publication to creatively and esthetically bring people, places, and productive enterprises into the spotlight while providing sought-after information to cultivate formidable connections for accomplishing successful projects, initiatives, events, campaigns and other business ventures.

Our mission is to vigorously inspire, inform and encourage innovation as the leading media platform for culturally diverse African events, initiatives and lifestyles. We envision success through our suite of mediums from publishing engaging articles and informative calendar of events; collaborating in robust, interactive promotion campaigns that connect swathes of community sectors; compiling a comprehensive resource guide of vendors specific to marketing, event planning, project management and community relations; and hosting networking events that help foster real-time objectives.

Our goal is to be an effectual conduit that brings together suppliers with producers and professionals with consumers that result in nourishing connections and collaborations and garners maximum exposure and outcomes for their projects and events.

ABA is offering our advertisers in this outreach and promotion venture access to the combined constituencies of the AU Regional Economic Communities, (ECOWAS, COMESA, SADC, EAC, AMU, CENSAD, ECCAS, and IGAD), the African Union Commissions, Secretariats and interest groups, continental Trade and Industry ministries, continental Tourism ministries, continental and Diaspora tourism, trade and development organizations.

In the USA, ABA has access and influence with more than 85,000 African American owned and women/ minority-owned firms via strategic alliances with women/minority trade associations, African diaspora associations and professional bodies across the United States of America.

Through the pages of ABA DAWN we present the news and works that we believe to be of value to the millions of people who are consumers, industry practitioners, African citizens in Africa and the Diaspora and the many friends of Africa around the world. We amplify the messages through our website and our DAWN YouTube Channel presentations.
