Bibs and Pillow Panel

Hello Baby Bib Assembly Instructions

Assembly:

P8067 Bibs Baby Panel Materials:

• Hello Baby bib panel.

• 9” x 18” rectangle from a Hello Baby coordinating print per bib for backing.

• Matching thread for piecing and top stitching.

• Closure of your choice (snaps, eye hooks, magnets, etc.)

• Basic sewing supplies, including a turning tool and pinking shears.

• Carefully cut out the Hello Baby bib front from the panel.

• With right sides together, center the bib front on the 9” x 18” backing and pin together.

• Using the bib front as your guide, sew around the two pieces, leaving a 2’’ opening on one side. Backstitch at beginning and end.

• Trim the bib backing to be the same size as the front using pinking shears to reduce bulk.

• Turn right sides out through the opening. Use a turning tool or chopsticks to gently push out all the edges. Press.

• Top stitch around the edge of the bib, closing the opening as you go.

• Add your closure of choice, making sure they align and the bib will close properly.
