Our Process The foundation of our commitment to extraordinary service is a unique five-step process designed to match you with exactly the care you need and just the right caregiver to help.

1 Develop a Client Care Profile We start by gathering information, and asking you some questions to get a better understanding of what is needed. Then, we’ll arrange an in-home visit to perform a basic needs and environment assessment, as well as answer any questions you may have.

2 Create a Person-Centered Care Plan Next, we’ll craft a person-centered care plan tailored to your needs. The plan incorporates your input as well as your history, routines and preferences. This helps create support activities that will benefit you the most.

3 Identify the Best Caregiver for You We are honored and grateful that you put your trust in us. So it’s important that we make the perfect caregiver match. We consider interests, personalities and the services you need. Our caregivers are screened, including background and reference checks. They are also bonded/ insured. If you ever have any concerns, we’ll work to find a new caregiver.

4 Deliver Extraordinary Care Our caregivers understand that social connections and personal interactions are key to living a happy life and delaying age-related decline. That’s why they provide more than just quality care—they provide extraordinary experiences.
