Aadhaar based verification is a functionality by which we can verify the voter voting remotely in real time. Aadhaar verification can happen in 3 ways:

1. Fingerprint: Voter has to provide his fingerprint to enter the voting page of the app and this is cross verified with Aadhaar database of Government

2. Iris scan: Voter’s eye scan is taken and verified against Aadhaar database

3. Mobile OTP: before giving access to voter of the voting page, a One Time Password (OTP) is sent to the mobile number which is registered with the Aadhaar number against the name of the voter in the Aadhaar database. This ensure 100% accurate verification and unlike booth voting is not dependent on discretion of the booth manager
