Ridgeview Emergency Department to be renovated, renamed for local philanthropists

R

idgeview Medical Center has announced that its Emergency Department in Waconia will be renamed the Norman and Ann Hoffman Emergency Center, upon completion of a major renovation project that is expected to begin this year. The Hoffmans are being recognized for the significant gift they made to help fund the Emergency Department renovation on Ridgeview’s Waconia campus. The multi-million dollar project is designed to enhance emergency services and patient experience. With preliminary plans including streamlined and triage processes, private family space, and specialized areas to accommodate senior, pediatric and mental health patients.
