CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR ADMISSION TO RIDER UNIVERSITY!

Today, we are excited to welcome you to campus for Admitted Student Day—an immersive, celebratory experience designed to help you envision your future as a Bronc. This day is all about exploration, connection, and discovery as you take the next step toward becoming part of the Rider community.

Throughout Admitted Student Day, you will have the opportunity to explore academic programs, learn more about campus life, connect with current students and faculty, and discover the many resources dedicated to supporting your success—both inside and outside the classroom.

We encourage you to ask questions, try something new, and make the most of your time on campus.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to ask a staff, faculty member or volunteer.

The official start of Admitted Student Day brings the energy, pride, and spirit of Rider University together in one place. Hear from President Loyack, a first-generation college graduate, as he shares how Rider provides hands-on learning experiences both inside and outside the classroom.

EXPERIENCE YOUR MAJOR

10:15 to 11:15 a.m.

This signature academic experience is designed to give you an authentic look at your intended field of study at Rider University. These sessions go beyond the classroom to showcase hands-on learning, collaboration, and real-world application. Each session includes:

If you are thinking about living on campus, this is the session for you! Learn what it’s like to live on campus at Rider University — from residence halls and roommate selection to our Living Learning Communities (LLC) designed to help you connect, thrive, and feel at home. Discover how campus living supports your academic success, personal growth, and sense of belonging.

TRANSFER & DUAL ENROLLMENT DROP-IN MEETINGS

11:15 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. | Center for Community and Belonging in the BLC

Stop by the Center for Community and Belonging to get your specific transfer and dual enrollment questions answered by members of our transfer admission team. Staff will be available to provide unofficial credit evaluations and explain how your credits will transfer.

CAMPUS RESOURCE FAIR

11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. | SRC

Meet representatives from offices dedicated to your academic success, well-being, and engagement, including: Academic Success Center, Admissions, Bronc for a Day visit, Career Development & Success, Center for Community and Belonging, Counseling Services, Educational Opportunity Program (EOP), Health Center, Orientation, Student Accessibility and Support Services (SASS), Student Involvement, and TRIO Student Support Services (SSS).

PARENT & SUPPORTER SESSION

12:45 to 1:30 p.m. | SRC Courts

While students engage in campus life activities, parents and supporters are invited to attend a dedicated session focused on student success and support. Learn how Rider supports students through their first year in navigating key transitions.

Discover the many ways you can remain connected to Rider — and to your student — as they begin their college experience.

END-OF-DAY CELEBRATION & GRANT GIVEAWAY

1:40 p.m.

We close Admitted Student Day the same way we began — with Rider spirit and excitement.

Join us in the SRC courts for a chance to win a $1,000 or $2,500 grant for the Fall 2026 semester! Students must be present for a chance to win.
