Having been in real estate in the Northwest for over 19+ years, Rich brings a bit of Southern hospitality to Northwest Real Estate. With an extensive statistics background, including teaching at the University level, his ability with numbers is unmatched. Starting his journey in real estate in investment, he was personally flipping 50 properties a year. He brings that experience to every sale & negotiation for every client. A skilled negotiator, he is dedicated to securing the best deal possible for every client. Rich is a hand selected member of the Compass National Sports & Entertainment Division, exemplifying the discretion, knowledge and experience needed to succeed in working with Athletes & Entertainers. He is also a founding director of the Compass National Equestrian Division, overseeing a referral network nationwide specializing in Equestrian clients.
