Herald Community Newspapers and RichnerLIVE hosts its third, in-person Senior Health & Beyond Expo since the pandemic. This free local event brings a fun, interactive twist to the world of health and wellness with over 40 exhibitors including educational vendors, engaging tables and much more. Friends, family and caregivers are welcome and encouraged to attend the event, which is open to all ages.

Join us on Thursday, Nov. 3, from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m., at the Glen Cove YMCA located at 125 Dosoris Lane, Glen Cove, NY, 11542. There will be a shuttle bus running starting at 10:45 a.m. and will be running every 15 minutes, located at the the Mansion at Glen Cove (Map and address provided on the next page.). Find out how to lead a fit and healthy lifestyle and have fun as you discover new services and innovative health practices.

The Senior Health & Beyond Expo presented by UnitedHealthcare features companies whose specialties range from physical fitness, insurance options, financial and estate planning to recreational activities, captioned calls, well care and more. Experts from various industries will share useful information about lifestyle, health and more during a panel discussion and subsequent Q&A session.

This premier lifestyle event is curated for seniors and displays new and unique ways to stay active in both body and mind. We understand that today’s senior community has a lively lifestyle and is looking

for ways to stay strong and engaged; our Expo is designed to provide access to resources that can aid in accomplishing that goal. Each attendee will be gifted a free swag bag, while supplies last, courtesy of Premier Assist. Inside will include an exclusive goodies, special section and more just for you!
