is central to Island Park

The main drag of Island Park village, Austin Boulevard, is synonymous with the hustle-and-bustle of this seaside community. The boulevard emerges from Long Beach Boulevard not far after from the Long Beach Bridge.

Waterways from the California Canal to Shell Creek, which winds into Barnums Channel, provide a resort-like charm that other communities cannot boast, where on the best of days the vista is of boats on the water. Austin Boulevard is a gateway to some of the village’s most prominent attractions including Masone Beach and Shell Creek Park. TheIsland Park School District’s Lincoln Orens Middle School is only a short drive off the street.
