Arrests
■ Freeport police arrested a subject who had displayed a weapon and taken US currency from a victim, causing fear for their safety on Feb. 6. The defendant was arrested without incident and taken to Freeport Police Headquarters for processing.
■ An individual was arrested by police officers on Feb. 5 after a verbal argument that caused damage to the victim’s residence. The subject was arrested and transported to police headquarters for processing.
■ A subject was arrested by Freeport police officers following a dispute on Feb. 4 where the individual struck another person, causing injury. The defendant was arrested and taken in for processing.
Criminal Mischief
■ Freeport Police secured a report on Feb. 6 for an incident in which an unknown individual had damaged the rear window of a vehicle. The victim requested a report. Local detectives are currently investigating.
Larceny
■ Freeport Police received a report that unknown individual had taken the victim’s vehicle without permission on Feb. 4. The victim requested a report for documentation and no further police action was requested.

Nassau Police reports missing 15-year-old
The Nassau County Police Department reported Statchina Pierre, a 15-year-old Baldwin High School student, went missing last month in Baldwin.

The Police department’s Missing Persons Squad said Pierre went missing on Jan. 31 at approximately 3 p.m. She was last seen leaving Baldwin High School.
Detectives described Pierre as a black teenage girl four foot nine inches tall, 90 pounds, brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a brown and orange flannel shirt, blue jeans, and a pink scarf. Her destination was unknown. Detectives request anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact the Nassau County Police Department Missing Persons Squad at (516) 573-7347 or call 911. All callers will remain anonymous.
