Cheers to 2024 The East Meadow Public Library hosted a fun-filled Noon Year’s Eve party last week — an event packed with activities that allow younger children and families to celebrate the New Year, just a little early. There were games, activities and more available to those who attended, along with all of the normal things that the library offers. And instead of counting down to midnight, the countdown started just before noon. Above, some of the attendees spread out around the library, taking part in some activities. Right, Lisa and Benny Ciliotta, were dressed for the occasion with Blake, 3, James, 6 months, and Shawn, 2. Story, more photos, Page 3.
he public deserves to have the opportunity to discuss ... and uncluttered forum that oddyear elections provide.
