Rachel Balbi, of Baldwin, was part of the 1,143 students who graduated from Shenandoah University during the 2022-23 academic year.

Balbi earned a Master of Music in Performance. Shenandoah had 200 August 2022 graduates, 295 December 2022 graduates, and 648 May 2023 graduates. Shenandoah’s 2023 commencement ceremony took place on May 20 in the James R. Wilkins, Jr. Athletics and Events Center.

Shenandoah University was established in 1875, and is headquartered in Winchester, Virginia, with additional educational sites in Clarke, Fairfax and Loudoun counties. Shenandoah is a private, nationally recognized university that blends professional career experiences with wide-ranging education.
