A MessAge froM the BAldwin ChAMBer of CoMMerCe

Dear Residents:

As President of the Baldwin Chamber of Commerce, I would like to take this opportunity to highlight the important role the Chamber plays in supporting our beloved town of Baldwin. Our mission is to foster a strong, vibrant community where local businesses can thrive, and residents can enjoy a high quality of life.

The Chamber is deeply involved in organizing and supporting community events that bring people together and help maintain Baldwin’s strong sense of identity. From seasonal festivals to family-friendly street fairs and networking mixers, we strive to create opportunities for connection and celebration throughout the year.

We are also proud to contribute to the beautification and maintenance of public spaces in Baldwin. Our initiatives include collaborating with local groups to enhance streetscapes, maintain cleanliness, and support

public art and greening projects that reflect the charm and pride of our town.

Equally important is our advocacy on behalf of local businesses. The Chamber works closely with local entrepreneurs and business owners to ensure their voices are heard. We regularly represent their interests at meetings such as the Town of Hempstead’s Board of Zoning Appeals, where we support business-friendly decisions that foster responsible growth and opportunity in Baldwin.

Through partnerships, advocacy and community engagement, the Baldwin Chamber of Commerce is committed to making Baldwin a great place to live, work and do business. We encourage residents and business owners alike to get involved with the Chamber and join us in shaping a bright future for our town.

Sincerely,

Maureen Lennon/Herald
