WEEKDAY WONDERS

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is celebrating summer with the return of food and beverage specials. Enjoy Taco Tuesday at Proof, an American Canteen, which includes a rotating variety of specialty tacos every Tuesday evening through the summer. Wash the tacos down with a refreshing margarita, priced at $9 for one or $18 for a flight of three. Every Wednesday through summer, enjoy a Talavera Pairing Dinner in which the chef will present a three-course menu, complemented by three sommelier-selected wines. The dinner ($100 per person) includes two options per course. www.fourseasons.com/scottsdale.

Breakfast Battle

Local breakfast concept Over Easy recently launched two new seasonal menu items inspired by beloved Valley favorites, JohnJay and Blake Van Es, that will go head-to-head to raise money for the #LovePup dog rescue. The seasonal menu includes JohnJay’s Sweet Hash, which has two over easy eggs on top of roasted sweet potatoes and veggies, topped with shredded cheese and dill hollandaise sauce; and Blake’s Shortcake, which is two house biscuits with fresh strawberry compote over whipped lemon ricotta with sweet vanilla custard glaze and chia seeds. The dishes will be available through the end of September (with $1 from each dish going to the foundation) at all 11 Valley locations for dine-in, takeout and delivery. www.lovepopfoundation.org and www.eatatovereasy.com.
