Prepare to experience the impossible at the new Museum of Illusions Scottsdale. Opening March 11, the space will feature more than 60 mind-bending immersive optical exhibits that will have patrons questioning their sense of reality. French-inspired hot spot Zinqué, located in the luxury wing of Scottsdale Fashion Square, recently introduced several new additions to its dinner menu. Until now, the restaurant has yet to feature pasta, and now guests have two to choose from: Garganelli Aux Morilles ($25), featuring morel mushrooms and parmesan cheese; and Rigatoncini Bolognese ($14), showcasing grass-fed beef tossed in a delicious red bolognese sauce. Additional shareable highlights include clams and Merguez sausage with fresh toasted sourdough bread for dipping ($18), roasted cauliflower with creamy Romesco sauce ($13), fried artichokes ($17), and a winter quinoa salad ($17). www.lezinque.com.

SKY-HIGH VIBES

Old Town Scottsdale’s trendy STK Steakhouse recently opened STK Rooftop. Its rooftop space offers STK’s signature “vibe dining,” complete with elevated and shareable culinary dishes, signature cocktails and live music. The rooftop, which is open for dinner Thursday through Sunday and brunch Saturday and Sunday, offers a beautiful view of the canal, and features both a patio and fireplace.
