W Scottsdale Penthouse Suites

This month, W Scottsdale will debut five custom penthouse suites, expanding the hotel’s existing collection of 12 penthouse suites. Options range from 1,000 to 2,700 square feet and include either one or two bedrooms. The new suites are the epitome of exclusivity, only accessible via private elevator. Each boasts a lavish primary bedroom, floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies, and full kitchens with stainless-steel appliances. They are outfitted with hardwood floors, separate living and dining spaces, en-suite laundry, and a walk-in closet. Suite guests have 24/7 access to room service, a full bar and high-speed Wi-Fi. The Clinkscale

While this property opened a few years ago, in late 2022 its founders announced the opening of its Haunted Penthouse. It stands alone apart from the hotel as it is located atop the iconic Haunted Hamburger with its own entrance and parking. It features two queen bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen, a dining room, and a living room, as well as a grand terrace with a stunning mile-high view. Spanning more than 1,000 square feet, the suite features 180-degree views from Mingus Mountain to the San Francisco Peaks. Privado Villas

This luxury boutique hotel-within-a-hotel at Fairmont Scottsdale Princess features 119 residential-style suites. They boast a private entrance and reception villa complete with a personal experience concierge as well as a VIP lounge. This boutique and retro-chic hotel opened in Flagstaff in 2022 and features 123 stunning rooms – including a handful of stand-alone cottages designed to take advantage of the ample stargazing opportunities in the city.
