February 12, 2018 Robert ‘Butch’ Eugene Dray, 76, of Woodstock, died Monday, February 12, 2018 at his home surrounded by his wife and children. He was born in Richland Center on September 1, 1941 the only child of Robert and Adeline (Groves) Dray. Bob graduated from Richland Center High School in 1959. He married Joyce Mulholland in Richland Center on September 9, 1961 and relocated to Beloit. Bob started his career at the Beloit Iron Works known as Beloit Corp. where he was employed for 40 years. After retiring they returned to the family farm in Woodstock. He enjoyed hunting, welding, motorcycling, traveling out West, and

She was born on October 1, 1953 in Salem, Oregon, the daughter of Earl and Dorothy (Berkshire) Turner. Lois lived in Salem from 1953-1971 where she graduated from Dallas High School in 1971. In the 1970’s she moved to Wisconsin with her parents. In 1980 Lois met Ken Dieter and they were united in marriage in 1995. When she moved from Oregon, she did some babysitting, worked at the Main Café for a while, worked at McDonald’s from 1990-2000, and Culver’s from March 2001 until

Assist with coordinating and implementing changes for the improvement of workflow 13. Handle employee termination process and exit interviewing. 14. Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems, evaluating potential solutions, implementing selected solution, coaching and counseling managers and employees. 15. Maintain HCM system records and compiles reports from the database; gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics. 16. Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring to add value to job accomplishments. 17. Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation, etc. and resolves issues and problems. 18. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. 19. Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment process.
