by Rebecca Day Plans to demolish a garage and build a four-bed property in Kenmore Crescent have sparked a number of complaints from local residents. Neighbours of number 51 are concerned that the dwelling will be used as a house of multiple occupancy (HMO). They also worry that its location, at the junction where Kenmore Crescent meets Kenmore Drive, is “dangerous” and an “accident waiting to happen” as it will block the views of drivers using the road. They say that its proposed redbrick appearance is not in keeping with the street and that four additional parking spaces will cause a strain on what is already a busy road. Concerns have also been raised about plans to install a dropped kerb, which could affect a councilowned lime tree.
