South Glos Council has completed two important agreements between developers and landowners which will see thousands of new homes and supporting infrastructure built at the Cribbs Patchway New Neighbourhood (CPNN) over the next ten years. Development land within the new neighbourhood is in several different ownerships, including YTL Developments, Deeley Freed, Taylor Wimpey and BAE. South Gloucestershire Council and the landowners are working together to create a coordinated and collaborative approach to developing the land. A CPNN framework agreement has been signed by Director of Environment & Community Services Steve Evans, and representatives from Deeley Freed, Taylor Wimpey, YTL and BAE,
