Passport Match
A name change may be requested if the passport information doesn't match the name on the ticket.
A change can be made after marriage or divorce, but official documents are required.
If the name is misspelled, Swiss Airlines will correct the error for free.
Date changes are free if done within 24 hours of booking or more than 28 days before departure.
Changes made between 24 hours and 28 days before departure will incur a fee.
Changes cannot be made after the day of travel and certain fares may not be changeable.
Same Destination Swiss Airlines allows a change in flight to the same destination but may charge a fee for doing so.
Different Destination
If the destination is different, an additional fee will be charged for the change, along with any fare differences.
Only certain fares can be changed. Changes are subject to availability and must be completed before the originally scheduled departure.
A fee will be charged for name and date changes, and for changing flights to different destinations. Flight changes to the same destination may be free.
