President’s Letter

The Christmas season has finally arrived at Bradenton Country Club. The cool weather matches the holiday season. The memories of hurricanes and power outages are fading into the background.

Thanksgiving was a special day at Bradenton Country Club with many families enjoying their time together while feasting on Chef Harry’s sumptuous offerings. Please check the BCC calendar for the many Christmas events.

Director of Golf, Nick Campbell, has jumped right into heading up our golf program. He and the staff have coordinated the Fall Member Guest, the Fall Classic and the Fleur de Gulf tournament. The consensus is that the tournaments were a success. Jamie McCrosky and Daniel Farley have the course looking better than it has in years.

The holidays remind us of the importance of family and friends. BCC is the place to enjoy the company of both.

Please remember to support our employees through the Holiday Fund. Our team has worked tirelessly through storms and floods to keep our club in operation. They will appreciate your kindness this season.

With best wishes,

Club Update FROM CLUB MANAGER

Hosting so many families for Thanksgiving was an absolute pleasure. We are honored that our club was the place you chose to gather, celebrate, and create memories Moments like these remind us of what makes our club so special, and what the possibilities for the future are

We’re also thrilled by the growing enthusiasm for our wine tastings. Your thoughtful feedback from our most recent tasting has been invaluable, helping us refine and tailor the club’s offerings to meet your preferences. We can’t wait to welcome you to the Long Meadow Ranch Tasting on December 12.

Let’s not forget the return of Bingo! November brought back this tradition, and our next Bingo evening is set for Thursday, December 19 We hope to see many of you there, enjoying the fun and camaraderie that makes these evenings special

December is shaping up to be a festive month at the clubhouse, with a variety of events to bring joy to members of all ages. Mark your calendars for our Gingerbread House Decorating Party on Saturday, December 7 a wonderful way to kick off the holiday season. Then, on Saturday, December 14, we’ll be welcoming Santa himself for our Brunch with Santa, a magical experience for the whole family. Communications Update

Dear Members,

FROM DIRECTOR OF

I’m excited to introduce myself as the new Communications Director at Bradenton Country Club. My name is Bria Jansen, and I’m eager to join such an outstanding team and contribute to enhancing the overall experience for our members.

A little about me: I’ve been involved in golf for over 20 years, starting as a Division 1 college golfer and later working as a professional caddy and college golf coach. These experiences allowed me to develop strong relationships with players, coaches, and club members, all while deepening my understanding of the game and the importance of delivering an exceptional experience both on and off the course.

In addition to my golf background, I’ve had the opportunity to work in golf shop merchandising and golf club operations management. I’ve been involved in creating product displays, developing merchandising strategies, and improving the retail experience to enhance member satisfaction and drive sales. This experience has given me a strong understanding of how thoughtful presentation and effective communication can elevate a club's overall experience.

I also bring a strong foundation in business, with a degree in International Business and Marketing and an MBA in Project Management, which I’ve combined with my hands-on experience to help drive successful operations, communications, and member engagement strategies.

As Communications Director, my main focus will be to improve and grow the member experience at Bradenton Country Club. I’m excited to collaborate with all of you to ensure our communications are clear, engaging, and contribute to an outstanding environment for our members.

I’m looking forward to meeting everyone and hearing your thoughts on how we can continue to make the club even better. Please feel free to reach out I’d love to connect!

Best regards,
