ECONYL® process Rescue

Il processo di Rigenerazione ECONYL® ha inizio dai rifiuti, come reti da pesca, scarti di tessuti, tappeti e plastiche industriali recuperati dalle discariche e dagli oceani in tutto il mondo. Questi rifiuti vengono quindi smistati e puliti per recuperare tutto il nylon possibile.

Attraverso un processo di rigenerazione e depurazione i rifiuti in nylon vengono riportati alla loro purezza originaria. Questo significa che la fibra di nylon rigenerata ECONYL® ha esattamente le stesse caratteristiche del nylon vergine.

Regenerate Through a radical regeneration and purification process, the nylon waste is recycled right back to its original purity. That means ECONYL® regenerated nylon is exactly the same as virgin nylon. Remake ECONYL® regenerated nylon is processed into textile yarn for the fashion industries. Lo strato esterno è estremamente leggero ed ha una particolare struttura Ottoman che garantisce, oltre a un’alta elasticità (il filato è in nylon/elastane) anche una buona resistenza all’abrasione. Characteristic: the Biomorphic Light WD 360°Adaptive Stretch is a new fabric in the Biomorphic range. The outside layer is extremely light with a special Ottoman structure, ensuring high stretch features (nylon/elastan yarn) and high abrasion resistance. Questo tessuto è dotato di buona elasticità ed è resistente alle schiacciature e stropicciature.

Characteristics: heavy weight knit fabric with threedimensional "spacer" construction consisting of two separate knitted substrates which are kept apart by spacer yarns. This construction in which, the first layer is of a hydrophilic nature, the second one of a hydroscopic nature and the intermediate "cushion" area, creates a microclimate that keeps the body temperature constant and facilitates the escape of humidity during physical activity. This fabric has good elasticity and is resistant to crushing and wrinkling.

AD Gold Morphic Caratteristiche: tessuto soft shell accoppiato a 3 strati, di peso intermedio ed elasticità bidirezionale, con elevato grado protettivo dall'aria e ottimo rapporto termicità traspirabilità, favorisce il passaggio all’esterno dell’umidità corporea. Come tutti i tessuti laminati anti-aria, fornisce anche protezione moderata dall'acqua, risultando utile per proteggere dalle prime gocce di pioggia. Queste proprietà ne fanno anche un buon isolante termico e lo rendono ideale per giacche invernali.

Characteristics: soft shell 3L fabric, mid-weight and stretchy, with an high degree of air protection and a good ratio between insulation and breathability, it facilitate the moisture management. As all the laminated wind-proof fabrics, it also provides a moderate protection against water, being to be useful for protecting from the first drops of rain. Those features make it also a good thermal insulation piece and therefore ideal for winter garments.
