La categoria ThermalDry™ di rh+ comprende quei materiali quali imbottiture ed ovatte che vengono usate per innalzare ulteriormente il livello di coibentazione termica di una capo, portandolo ai massimi livelli. Solitamente usate nelle giacche invernali, possono essere di varia natura ed avere proprietà di trasporto del sudore verso l’esterno e di scaldare anche da bagnate. Disponibili in differenti versioni e classificate secondo il livello termico e di tecnicità, si dividono in Platinum, Gold e Silver.

ThermalDry™ rh+ category materials are different types of padding which are used to further increase the thermal insulation of the garment, rising it up to its maximum. Usually applied on winter jackets, they can be of different base materials and manufacturing technologies and add properties such as moisture management and thermal function even when they got wet. Available in different versions and classified after their thermal level and technicity, they are divided into Platinum, Gold and Silver levels.

T D Platinum Polartec® Alpha®

Caratteristiche: Polartec® Alpha® rappresenta l’ultima evoluzione nel settore dell’isolamento sintetico, poiché offre una straorinaria combinazione tra calore, leggerezza e traspirabilità unitamente a una mano extra-soffice. Polartec® Alpha® è estremamente resistente e più stabile di altri prodotti “man-made” per l’isolamento, pertanto può essere abbinato a tessuti dotati di una costruzione più aperta, atti ad assicurare al capo di abbigliamento caratteristiche di permeabilità all’aria. La possibilità di far circolare all’interno del tessuto un esiguo flusso d’aria, infatti, permette di allontanare rapidamente l’umidità dal corpo e rende Polartec® Alpha® perfetto per una gamma di attività sportive più ampia rispetto al metodo di isolamento classico basato sulla “barriera di vapore”.

Primaloft ® Active Evo Padding

Caratteristiche: Primaloft ®Active Evo combina i vantaggi termici dell’isolamento con la versatilità del tessuto offrendo, senza ingombro, calore leggero a riposo e traspirabilità durante l’attività fisica. Modellata sui benefici strutturali riscontrati in natura, imita le proprietà che si trovano nella pelliccia animale essendo costruita con fibre di diverse lunghezze per creare alti e bassi naturali nel materiale. Ciò produce strutture altamente aperte che massimizzano il flusso d’aria quando si è in movimento e l’intrappolamento dell’aria quando si è a riposo per prestazioni termiche ottimali. Il risultato è un sistema di termoregolazione che si comporta come più strati, senza la necessità di stratificazione. Composta al 100% da poliestere, PrimaLoft Active Evo può essere riciclata chimicamente nell’ottica di un’economia circolare.

Characteristics: Polartec® Alpha® is the latest evolution of synthetic insulation offering a rare combination of lightweight warmth and true breathability in a “puffy” style garment. Because Polartec® Alpha® insulation is highly durable and more stable than other synthetic insulation products, more open-construction woven face and back fabrics can be selected to create an air permeable package.

This small amount of airflow rapidly draws moisture away from the body and allows Polartec® Alpha® to be worn in a wider range of activities compared to classic “vapor barrier” style insulation.

Characteristics: Primaloft ®Active Evo combines the thermal advantages of insulation with the versatility of the fabric, offering light warmth at rest and breathability during physical activity without encumbrance. Modeled after the structural benefits found in nature, it mimics the properties found in animal fur by being constructed with fibers of different lengths to create natural highs and lows in the material. This produces highly open structures that maximize airflow when on the move and air entrapment when at rest for optimal thermal performance. The result is a thermoregulating system that behaves like multiple layers, without the need for layering.

Comprised of 100% polyester, PrimaLoft Active Evo may be chemically recycled for use in a circular economy.

Ogni dettaglio è stato sviluppato per contrastare gli elementi come il tessuto impermeabile Biomorphic WR Dual Cell ID, coadiuvato dalle cuciture nastrate frontali e posteriori e come l’inserto frontale interno in calda lycra. Le zip laterali regolano le 2 aperture per la ventilazione e la traspirabilità sotto sforzo. Anche i polsi con il bordino reflex sono sagomati per evitare l’entrata di acqua e vento. L’elasticità del tessuto garantisce un fitting asciutto ed estremamente confortevole allo stesso tempo.

Warm and protective like a second skin, designed on the cyclist’s body looking for the best performance during winter rides. Every detail has been developed to face the elements like the water repellent fabric Biomorphic WR Dual Cell ID, assisted by the front and rear taped seams and as the internal front insert in warm Lycra. The side zips regulate the 2 openings for ventilation and breathability under strain. Even the cuff with the reflex piping are shaped to prevent the entry of water and wind. The elasticity of the fabric guarantees a dry and extremely comfortable fit at the same time.

Packable and not bulky, this sleeveless is the light version of the Shark jacket, is able to protect the cyclist when the temperature drops while riding thanks to the Biomorphic WR fabric that ensures great breathability at the same time. Presenta un design innovativo con un girovita avvolgente e una costruzione delle bretelle che si modellano in modo naturale sull’anatomia del busto unite ad un tessuto morbido e traspirante per la schiena. Il fondo gamba è in tessuto spalmato e impermeabile per proteggere dagli spruzzi la parte davanti . Progettato e realizzato in Italia su precise specifiche rh+ il nuovissimo Air XTRM Dual Pad cambia radicalmente il concetto del tradizionale fondello da bici diventando un vero e proprio riferimento per quanto riguarda comfort e traspirabilità. E’ formato da due elementi distinti aventi caratteristiche ben precise: a contatto con il ciclista troviamo infatti una superficie elastica, preformata e caratterizzata da una struttura in mesh 3D, altamente traspirante, arricchito con filamenti in carbonio con funziona antibatterica. Inserita all’interno del pantaloncino troviamo invece la vera e propria imbottitura Airmesh a doppia struttura a nido d’ape, con una densità di 120Kg/ m3 e uno spessore di 10 mm.

Questi due elementi non sono vincolati e questo è il grande vantaggio del nuovo Air XTRM Dual Pad: la struttura a contatto della pelle resta sempre ferma mentre a muoversi con il gesto della pedalata è solo il pad esterno, realizzato in resistente tessuto antiabrasione. Ciò si traduce in grandissimo comfort e nell’assenza totale di ogni possibilità di abrasioni o irritazioni della pelle dovute a sfregamenti. I fori della parte a contatto del ciclista sono un mesh “dinamico” e si aprono e si chiudono con il movimento favorendo così la traspirabilità.

The revolutionary Air XTRM Dual Pad radically changes the concept of traditional seat pads, setting a new standard for comfort and breathability. Entirely developed in Italy to meet rh+’s very precise technical requirements.

The pad is composed of two distinct elements that have very specific characteristics: closest to the rider’s skin we have developed a highly elastic, preshaped comfort layer with a microfiber mesh which is highly breathable and offers excellent moisture management as well as antimicrobial properties from the carbon fiber filaments. Stitched into the bibshorts the comfort layer has a variable thickness foam (up to 10mm) with 120Kg/m3 density: offers comfort, support and vibration dampening. These two unique elements are not completely attached, this is one of the great advantages of the new Air XTRM Dual Pad: the inner pad, in contact with the skin, stays in place while any possible movement occurs between the two layers rather than between the pad and the body. The external pad layer in 3d Airmesh is also highly abrasion resistant. These elements combine to offer exceptional comfort and to virtually eliminate the possibility for skin abrasion or irritation from the pad. The inner pad layer is perforated with a ‘dynamic’ structure which is micro sliced for active airflow and increased breathability while riding to further improve moisture wicking.

All’interno troviamo l’imbottitura in Primaloft Active Evo ® costruita con fibre di diverse lunghezze atte a creare più strati di spessore nel materiale che, a contatto con la pelle, favorisce lo scambio termico con l’esterno per un sistema di termoregolazione perfetto. La tasca incollata sul petto è un dettaglio di stile ma funzionale allo stesso tempo, le applicazioni riflettenti sulle spalle rendono visibile il capo anche all’imbrunire.

With a real off-road inspiration and a Regular fitting this jacket is designed for your gravel rides, even during colder days thanks to its rain proof fabric, with WR finishing. The inner pad is made with Primaloft Active Evo ® built with fibers of different length to create multiple layers of thickness in the material that, in contact with the skin, helps heat exchange with the outside for a perfect thermoregulation system. The chesty glued pocket is both a style and technical detail, reflective applications on the shoulders make the garment visible even at dusk.
