Crossbar Types Here at Rhino-Rack, we have a range of crossbars to choose from. Our most popular styles include Aero Bar, Heavy Duty Bar and Euro Bar, each specifically designed to provide strength and durability in all situations. Heavy Duty and Aero crossbars are available in two different finishes anodised (Black) and clear anodised (Silver). Crossbar Lengths Crossbars are available in a number of different lengths to suit your vehicle. How much can they carry? This varies considerably from vehicle to vehicle, so always check our website for your specific vehicle model, or speak to your local expert dealer. As an example of our Gutter Mount systems are rated up to 100kg for a two crossbar system, and can go as high as 150kg for our 3 crossbar fixed mount system. Always remember that our engineers design roof rack systems according to the available capacity of the particular vehicles roof. 4
HEAVY DUTY + ACCESSORIES Rhino-Rack products are made of the highest quality, Australian produced materials. The legs are manufactured from UV stabilised glass reinforced nylon. The crossbars are extruded structural grade aluminium available in silver or black. All other components are stainless steel or have an anti-corrosive coating.

If you need more carrying capacity and want a roof rack that will complement the look of your vehicle, a Sportz Roof Rack is the perfect solution. Built from light weight quality Australian materials the leg units are manufactured from a UV Stabilized glass reinforced nylon. That means all the sportz legs are not only tough and durable they wont fade in the harsh Australian sun. The cross bars are perfectly coated and built from extruded structural aluminium. They also feature an internal H section uni strut that offers additional load support that helps avoid bar bend when carrying heavier loads. All sportz cross bars feature a unique easily accessible top channel section that allows you to quickly and conveniently attach a number of Rhino's sporting accessories including ski and snow board carriers, kayak carriers and bike carriers just to mention a few. Rhino-Rack ute and canopy systems can be customised to suit varying floor pan profiles and cabin heights. The high quality structural aluminium ute post uprights can easily be cut to match an existing roof bar over the cabin. This system incorporates Heavy Duty Rhino-Rack crossbars, enabling the user to customise the system with the full range of Rhino-Rack accessories. Utility uprights are available in several lengths, check with your authorised dealer to ensure correct upright and crossbar specifications.
RTRL Adapter Part# RTRL The RTRL adapter is the answer to attaching a guttermount leg to all Rhino standard Track Mount systems. Made from stainless steel, the RTRL offers you a flexible and universal mounting system to suit all Rhino tracks. The RTRL lets you level all 3 bars on a vehicle fitted with a canopy by utilising the different heights available in our existing Rhino gutter mount leg range and mounting them into tracks on the vehicle cabin. JB Spacer/Height Adjuster Part# RLK2500HALF-JB The removable RLK2500HALF-JB allows you to set the height of your ute cabin mounted support bar so it’s level with your ute’s rear mounted posts or canopy racks. The RLK2500HALF-JB + cross bar is for supporting long loads only and must be used in conjunction with 2 x rear ute posts or canopy racks. Supplied with hardware to fit a single Rhino-Rack Heavy Duty bar, it will also fit an Aero bar with the addition of the Aero bar adaptor kit part# CBPK-AERO Canopy Seal Angled Part# CANSA With the changing shape of canopies on the market, especially where in a lot of the cases the front of the canopy (just behind the cab) seemed to slope away, there is a need to seal the post on varying angles. Rhino-Rack have developed a specifically designed canopy seal to alleviate the hard task of sealing the canopy around the post on an angled surface.

Canopy Track Mount Tracks are mounted to the canopy, hard top tonneau and hard top resin roofs. Crossbars can be adjusted along the tracks to accommodate your various loads. RLCP and RSP style legs can only be used with this system.
Canopy Rack Systems The bent canopy posts transfer the load directly to the utility bed floor and are braced to the side to give further support. The one piece uprights protrude through the canopy roof and can be adjusted to suit cabin bar heights. Rock solid, well braced and practical in their design and function. Bent uprights follow the profile of the vehicle allowing maximum payload space within the canopy. Since its inception Rhino-Rack has made specialty ladder rack systems a major part of its range. With stringent union regulations and tough OH&S guidelines, companies such as Telstra, Optus and various electrical service companies and their contractors have requested specialty ladder rack systems that make the loading and unloading of ladders as simple and easy as possible. Rhino-Rack has developed this requirement to a stage now where the product is world class. These specialty ladder rack systems have been designed to fit a large range of tradesman and 4x4 vehicles, including vans, wagons, utilities and service body vehicles. They have undergone rigorous laboratory crash tests and have been put to the test in Australia’s adverse and extreme outback road conditions.

Our new Sunseeker II Awning is made from high quality rip-stop polycotton canvas. It is UV protected, waterproof and mould resistant. All aluminium components feature an anodised finish for improved appearance and corrosion resistance. The Sunseeker II comes with a 2 year warranty - it is designed in Australia for Australia's harsh conditions.
Step Two Pull out the top rod and unfold the awning
The Sunseeker II Awning mounts easily to most roof rack systems and is easy to set up so it provides fast and convenient protection from the elements for you and your family. Fitting kits for Rhino-Rack Heavy Duty and Aero bars are supplied as standard – other fitting kits are also available including a wall mount fitting kit. At 2.5 metres long and 2 metres wide the Sunseeker II gets you out of the hot Australian sun. Also available is an extension piece that attaches to the outside edge of the Sunseeker II adding another 2 metres in width.
