Welcome to our March 2026, Spring Forward of our RHG Magazine™!
There is a quiet, steady power in the way the world wakes up in March. After the introspective pause of winter, we begin to see the first hints of what we have been nurturing beneath the surface. It is a season of transition, where the soil softens and the light lingers just a little longer each day.
Our theme for this issue is Spring Forward, this is about more than just a change in the clock. It is an invitation to move with the rhythm of renewal. If January was about setting the intention, March is about the momentum. It is the moment we decide to take those quiet reflections and turn them into visible, purposeful action.
Springing forward requires a certain kind of courage, the courage to bloom even when the air is still crisp. It asks us to trust the growth we cannot always see and to step boldly into the next version of ourselves.
And as we do, may we remember that the most meaningful growth is always rooted in love. Love for the work we are called to, love for the people we serve, and love for the journey unfolding within us. When we bring love forward in all that we do, even our smallest steps become filled with purpose and light.

"A flower does not think of competing with the flower next to it. It just blooms."

SPRINGING INTO ACTION: FINDING YOUR VOICE AND BECOMING WHO YOU WERE BORN TO BE BY DEBORAH WIENER
Spring is a season of awakening. Beneath the surface, life has been quietly preparing, gathering energy, waiting for the right moment to emerge. In our own lives, we often experience a similar inner stirring. We feel the nudge to speak, to act, to step into something new, yet fear or old patterns keep us rooted in place. Spring invites us to move anyway.
For many people, the greatest obstacle to forward movement is unresolved history. When experiences from the past remain unexamined, they quietly shape our decisions, reactions, and sense of self. Healing does not mean staying in the past or reliving old wounds. Healing means finding the core of the issue, understanding it, and allowing it to transform us so we are no longer defined by it.
When we avoid our story, it often finds ways to speak for us through anxiety, selfdoubt, or physical tension or illness. Grief, for example, often lives in the lungs. It shows up as tightness, shallow breathing, or a feeling of constriction. Grief is not only about loss. It is about letting go of safety nets that no longer serve us. It is about releasing old identities, expectations, and the need for external validation. When we release feelings like grief and fear, we make space for a deeper sense of inner stability and self trust. Then we can continue moving forward toward positive change.

Finding your voice begins with honesty. It requires the courage to acknowledge what has shaped you without becoming trapped there. When I wrote my book, I was forced to look directly at my past challenges. I had to remember and acknowledge what happened, have courage to see and feel what I had avoided, and then learn from it. That process was not about reopening wounds. It was about understanding how those experiences became stepping stones to curiosity, courage, and strength, rather than obstacles.

By facing them, I was able to go beyond trauma and recognize the sovereignty it had forged within me.
Fear often appears when we stand on the edge of growth. It can be tempting to interpret fear as a sign to stop, but more often it is a sign that we are stretching beyond familiar limits. Growth rarely feels comfortable. When we face our fears in safe and intentional ways, we expand our capacity and confidence. Doing something that scares us, such as standing in front of others and speaking about something deeply personal, builds resilience and self-respect.
Prior preparation plays a powerful role in transforming fear into action. When we educate ourselves, we reduce unnecessary surprises. When we take the time to understand what is required, fear loses its grip. Being prepared does not eliminate discomfort, but it replaces helplessness with clarity. Ask yourself what you need to learn, who you need to speak with, and what small step you can take today. Then do it.
Taking action is not about perfection. It is about momentum creating space for energetic flow. Spring does not wait until conditions are flawless. Nature just moves forward when the timing is right. For us, once the past has been acknowledged and processed, it becomes a source of wisdom rather than weight. From that place, we can envision what comes next. We can choose not to repeat old patterns, but to create something aligned with who we are becoming.
Inspiration does not come from pretending challenges do not exist. It comes from demonstrating that challenges can be overcome. By sharing lessons learned rather than wounds reopened, we show others what is possible and that experiences can become catalysts for growth.
Ultimately, springing into action is an act of self validation. Instead of looking outside ourselves for permission or recognition, springing toward action allows us to look inward and trust our own knowing. We speak because our voice matters. We move because staying still no longer feels true. We face fear because we understand that courage is not the absence of fear, but the willingness to grow in spite of it.
This season, ask yourself what is ready to emerge? What story is asking to be told? What fear is inviting you to step forward? 7

Mastering Destiny: The Transformative Power of Stoic Philosophy
Very little is needed to make a happy life; it is all within yourself and in your way of thinking. I define Stoicism as an ancient philosophy grounded in logic and practicality; it offers a transformative approach to life and healing. At its core, Stoicism instills a sense of accountability, reminding us that we are the masters of our own fate and that there are no victims in Stoicism only individuals empowered to shape their destinies.
Stoicism is both an intellectual and spiritual practice, guiding us to navigate life’s challenges with wisdom, grace and equanimity. It encourages us to confront adversity head-on, reframing our perspective to see obstacles as opportunities for growth and transformation.
By embracing stoic principles, we become more self-reflective, cultivating a heightened awareness of our thoughts, emotions and actions. Self-awareness fosters personal growth and resilience, allowing us to live and function at a higher vibration and frequency. By taking ownership and becoming aware of our thoughts and actions, we harness the power of the law of attraction, attracting positivity and abundance into our lives.
In the words of Marcus Aurelius, “The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts: therefore, guard accordingly . . . You have power over your mind-not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.” Let us heed these words and embrace the wisdom of Stoicism as we journey towards conscious evolution.

Calling all Sheroes-Women’s Empowerment Month!
So, listen up! March is our month to celebrate the unstoppable force of women, Sheroes, as a dear friend refers to us . . . sister/friends. We are brave, brilliant and basically superheroes without the capes (though I do love an eternal red scarf).
This month, I challenge you to embrace your inner Sheroe and slay every single day. Strut into that boardroom with your “I was born for this” attitude fully engaged. Ask for that raise or promotion; you’ve more than earned it with your talent and tenacity. And if anyone dares to question you? Give ‘em your signature “you didn’t just say that, did you?” stare and keep moving, sis.
Because here’s the truth, straight from one who knows: We are enough, just the way we are right now, scars, mistakes and all . . . more than enough, actually. We didn’t stumble into this world. We’re here to learn, progress, overcome and heal. Then we rise!
You know the saying: “But what if I fall?” But oh, my darling, what if you fly?!
Just remember, your worth isn’t measured by others’ opinions or society’s expectations. It’s an intrinsic, God-given radiance that shines from within, illuminating all you touch.
So, let’s spend March flooding the world with light, shall we? Lift up a fellow Shero, share your hard-won wisdom and bask in the glory of your own unique brilliance. This is your time to reign!

Happy Women’s Empowerment Month
“Women with power can bring a compassionate revolution. My mother first gave me the gift of a woman’s compassion. Now, the next generation of women must bring this compassion into positions of power.”
–HIS HOLINESS THE DALAI LAMA
Happy International Woman’s Day! I love this quote by His Holiness the Dalai Lama for so many reasons. But most of all it’s because it reminds us as women of what we are capable of. As women, we are becoming more and more powerful in society. We are more recognized for our talents and are climbing to higher positions of power. It’s an amazing thing. It’s also an amazing responsibility.
Remember as a woman to bring your feminine qualities wherever you go, wherever you lead. The world needs more of the feminine. Empower that part of yourself, stand in that power and lead with your natural gifts.
As His Holiness the Dalai Lama said so eloquently, one of our biggest gifts we bring as women into everything we do is compassion. It’s not our only gift, but it is the gift we can share no matter who we are with, where we are or what we are doing. So today, commit to choosing compassion in every circumstance you encounter. Repeat all day, “Today I choose compassion” to keep it front of mind. Allow yourself to be a beacon of love and bliss. Share your strength and empower those around you to do the same.

The Magic of Animals

Animals are here to support us and guide us. We just need to listen so we can hear what they are trying to teach us. Don’t let the exterior fool you. Even the smallest animal or insect can have a great impact. They can teach us so much about ourselves and our purpose here on Earth.
If you feel connected with or drawn to animals, whether in body or spirit, you can communicate with them. If you are not sure how, you can take a basic animal communication class and reconnect with your past furry friends, talk with your current pets or even animals in nature.
There is magic in this, and you would be surprised at what animals can reveal, not just about day-to-day things but about life on a bigger scale, your purpose, their mission in being with you, past lives, everything!
There is magic all around you. Be open to seeing it.

Home
When I was an outside cat looking for a home, I was told “No” a lot. Doors were shut in my face, hurtful words were thrown at me . . . it was hard, scary and lonely. Then I found my mom and I felt her love beam out at me, calling me home. I had to be courageous and persistent. I let her know I had chosen her and wouldn’t leave until she gave me a home. I never gave up and I kept showing up.
I found my home and family. You too can find your home, your place. Keep showing up, stand your ground and reach out from your heart. You too will find where you belong.

SPRINGING FORWARD WITH PURPOSE & POWERFULNESS FROM A STORYTELLER’S PERSPECTIVE
BY:

SHERRY LYNN CAMPBELL
As Winter transforms into Spring, nature itself becomes the storyteller. If the seasons of the year were a storyline, Springtime would be the complicated part of the story where the characters feel unsure. Why would I say this? Well, because change is in everything.
We, ourselves, as well as all of nature, are in action. The season prior finished off with great celebrations, color and completion. We’ve started the new year w nd then change enters the scene, unpredictable an d sometimes not so much.

For instance, the deciduous trees have lost all their leaves, and fallen into their Winter recharge. The weather is cold, and wet, sometimes snowy. And then all of a sudden the temperatures rise, and the trees get tricked into thinking it’s time to wake up. The weather makes a quick change again and it snows. This new snow stresses their limbs more than if they had remained bare and recharging. This happens for us as well. We get that new burst of, “This year I am going to do that healthy habit every day,” energy. And, we do w pend that energy on for about a month. Then we re nything else we need to do, so we shift gears, and our en

Springtime isn’t about balance. Its energy can be frenetic, and then just as fast, calm and peaceful. It is the season of wild extremes, both in nature and in ourselves. But, nature gives us clues in how to get to its real power, and that power is renewal and hope.
A flower starts off as a seed, it doesn’t think about its potential, it just simply is. And, it waits until all the conditions feel right and then it begins. It doesn’t just pop out of the soil fully formed. It takes its time to develop its roots, reaching out for what it needs for support.

Then when it feels strong enough to push through its seed casing and stretch a bit, it does. And slowly and with patience, gathering the energy and support from the soil, and the rain, and the sun and the wind, it will be brave enough to push through the topsoil and continue to grow and expand. A flower doesn’t know what perils it might face once it pushes through that soil, but it trusts in the process of growth. And in renewal.
We come to the season with a lot more foreknowledge, or do we? Sometimes the chaos in our lives overwhelms us. Sometimes the disappointments seem like closed doors. Sometimes the storms are too scary. But we can trust in ourselves, in the seeds of self, and push through difficulties, reach out for support, lean on those around us and grow.
Through the centuries, philosophers and poets and musicians and artists, have tried to capture the beauty, and the energy of Springtime, because it is in this season we face change. Change is not the enemy, it is an opportunity to BECOME.
So whether your Springtime has lamb or lion energy - steady yourself, breathe and reach for that renewal and hope. You will bloom, or leaf out, or push through the soil to sprout anew.
Take your time during this season of Spring to bre flowers and butterflies take their time, you can too Nature is a great teacher. Spring is observe and be in nature.
Enjoy the grace of the challenges an opportunities to BE YOUR BEST YOU

Hello dear reader,
I wrote this out just in case you skip the video attached to this article.
Your challenge is to go for a walk with the mindset of a child.
A child, especially a very young child, does not always walk with a destination in mind but rather with eyes & ears for exploration and experiencing.
On your walk I challenge you to:
See what you may be missing, or hadn’t noticed before.
Feel what you are experiencing.
Hear the sounds of the world around you - listening for Nature’s song. Breathe in the air and try to identify the different scents and flowers in the air.
Cherish NOW and this time you give to yourself to BE. There is wonder out there waiting for YOU.

March always feels like a bridge to me. It is that delicate space between the deep, restorative rest of winter and the vibrant, visible energy of spring. We are collectively "springing forward," but I find the most meaningful growth often starts with a quiet inward look before we step fully into the light.
In this season of renewal, I want to invite you to pause, not to stop your momentum, but to ensure that your movement is coming from a place of true alignment and heart.
As you sit with this issue, perhaps with a warm cup of tea and a journal nearby, I invite you to explore these reflections with me:
The First Light:
Which story or message in these pages felt like a "first light" moment for you, a sudden spark of clarity that reminded you of why your work and your vision matter so much?
The Unfolding:
If your life were a garden, what is currently pushing through the soil? What are you ready to bring out of the shadows of "someday" and into the reality of today?
The Rhythms of Grace:
Springing forward can sometimes feel hurried. Where can you cultivate a rhythm that allows for momentum without sacrificing your peace? How can you nurture yourself so you have the vibrancy to bloom fully?
The Gentle Release:
Just as the trees shed what they no longer need to make room for new buds, what "winter" habit or limiting thought is it time for you to gently release? What are you making space for?
The Collective Bloom:
Our community is a beautiful tapestry of leaders and heart-centered souls. Who around you is blooming right now? How might celebrating their growth add even more beauty to your own journey?
May this month be one of steady, joyful unfolding. Trust the timing of your life, trust the strength of your roots, and know that you are exactly where you need to be to bloom beautifully. With love and expectation,
From all of us at RHG Media Productions, we wish you a season of purposeful growth and abundant light.

There comes a moment in every woman’s life when the quiet knowing grows louder. A whisper becomes a nudge. A nudge becomes a longing. It’s the realization that the story you’ve lived the joys, the losses, the detours, the seasons that cracked you open was never meant to be hidden away. It was meant to be honored. It was meant to be owned.
Owning your Soul Story is not about reliving the past or turning pain into performance. It’s about recognizing that your lived experiences carry wisdom, meaning, and medicine not just for you, but for others. When you claim your story with compassion and courage, something remarkable happens: you stop merely surviving your life and begin to truly thrive.
Thriving Begins with Truth
For many women, thriving has been defined externally success, productivity, achievement, or the ability to “hold it all together.” But true thriving doesn’t begin with doing more. It begins with telling the truth.

Your Soul Story is the truth of who you are beneath expectations, roles, and the stories you were told to believe about yourself. It’s the accumulation of moments that shaped your values, refined your voice, and revealed your resilience. When you own that story, you stop outsourcing your worth. You stop measuring yourself against someone else’s timeline or definition of success. You begin living from the inside out.

I never would have thought that my first breast cancer diagnosis would be the catalyst of me becoming who I am today. Yes, I have a three-time breast cancer THRIVER!

That is just one of my Soul Stories and a part of my truth.
Truth is grounding. Truth is freeing. And truth is a powerful catalyst for growth.

One of the greatest obstacles to thriving is not failure—it’s the myths we carry. “I’m not a writer.” “My story doesn’t matter.” “It’s too late.” “What I went through wasn’t significant enough.” These beliefs keep women silent, disconnected from their wisdom, and unsure of their place in the world.
Owning your Soul Story gently dismantles these myths. You begin to see that your story isn’t about being extraordinary—it’s about being honest. You realize that meaning doesn’t come from dramatic events alone; it comes from how you lived through what you were given. The moment you give yourself permission to speak your truth, even quietly, even imperfectly, you reclaim your power.
Thriving requires that kind of permission.
Healing Happens in the Honoring

There is healing in being witnessed—even if the first witness is yourself. Writing, reflecting on, or speaking your Soul Story allows you to integrate experiences that may have felt fragmented or unresolved. You’re no longer running from the past or pushing it aside; you’re acknowledging it with compassion.
This doesn’t mean reopening old wounds without support or readiness. It means choosing to see your life through the lens of wisdom rather than regret. When you honor what you’ve lived through, you shift from “Why did this happen to me?” to “What did this awaken in me?”
That shift is transformative. It softens self-judgment. It deepens self-trust. And it creates space for emotional resilience, clarity, and peace—all essential elements of thriving.

Your Voice Becomes a Source of Strength

When you own your Soul Story, your voice changes. You speak with more confidence, not because you have all the answers, but because you know where you’ve been. You stop apologizing for your experiences or minimizing their impact. You recognize that your voice carries authority born of lived truth.
This confidence doesn’t show up as loudness; it shows up as presence. You become more authentic in relationships. You set boundaries with greater ease. You make choices aligned with your values rather than fear. Thriving, in this sense, looks like integrity—living in alignment with who you truly are.
Connection Is the Byproduct of Courage
One of the most beautiful outcomes of owning your Soul Story is connection. When a woman speaks her truth, she gives others permission to do the same. Stories create bridges. They remind us we are not alone in our fears, doubts, grief, or hope.
Thriving is not meant to be a solitary pursuit. It’s relational. It’s communal. Your story becomes a light for someone else still finding their way—not because you’re “finished,” but because you’re willing to be real. In sharing your story, you transform isolation into belonging.
Thriving Looks Like Living On Purpose
When you claim your Soul Story, you gain clarity about what matters most. Your priorities shift. You become more intentional with your time, energy, and creativity. You stop chasing what no longer fits and start saying yes to what feels meaningful and life-giving.
Thriving doesn’t mean life becomes easy. It means life becomes purposeful. You trust yourself more. You listen to your intuition. You recognize synchronicity not as coincidence, but as confirmation that your life has been guiding you all along.

Owning your Soul Story is not a one-time act—it’s an ongoing relationship with yourself. Each season adds new insight. Each chapter deepens your understanding. And each time you choose to honor your truth, you reinforce your capacity to thrive.
You carry a sacred story. It has shaped you, strengthened you, and prepared you for this moment. When you own it—with compassion, courage, and grace—you don’t just change how you see your past. You change how you live your present. And you open the door to a future rooted in authenticity, connection, and purpose.
Thriving begins the moment you say yes to your story.
