Thank you for your interest in the residential services RHA Health Services offers to support people with disabilities
We hope this book will provide you a general idea of the types of homes available and the ways in which the people we serve can make their homes their own.

A good first impression

Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs) are beautifully designed homes within neighborhoods. They are spacious and offer many options for accessibility, shared living, and personalization.

A place to call home

Waiver homes blend seamlessly into their neighborhoods indistinguishable from any other home on the street. They are fully integrated into their communities. Because waiver homes are just like any other home, people have the flexibility to choose the house and community that suits them best.

Flexible outdoor spaces

Many homes have outdoor spaces where people can express themselves, gather, and pursue activities like gardening, fitness, grilling, and more.

Modifications can include things like the foam flooring panels shown here, which support people’s mobility.

A welcoming home

Our goal is that all homes are inviting, clean, and safe with opportunities for adaptability, accessibility, and personalization.
