It promotes sound, responsible, and ethical co-ownership management, whether self-managed or overseen by professionals. With a strong reputation, the RGCQ advocates for the interests of its members and the public, aiming to promote best practices and advance regulatory frameworks in the field of co-ownership.
The RGCQ brings together individuals and organizations with expertise in coownership to foster cutting-edge knowledge and share it as widely as possible.
The RGCQ is the reference in co-ownership in Québec, committed to ensuring the sustainability and quality of this way of living.
The Regroupement is a non-profit organization with over 3,000 members, representing more than 97,000 units across Québec.
Our mission: to support, train, and represent syndicates of co-owners.
