DRY FIX RIDGE PLUS
Mortar-free, mechanically fixed ridge application that can be used with most flat or profiled tiles (concrete or clay) and with angled or half-round ridge tiles.
Description
A convenient dry fix ridge kit containing all the components needed for a mortar free installation on the ridge line.
Available with 3m, 6m or10m ridge roll and with black, grey or terracotta fixings and unions.

FELT SUPPORT TRAY
High-quality PVC trays that protect the felt from intense weather and temperature conditions. Felt support trays stop the roofing felt from draping into the gutter and prevent water ponding behind the facias which can rot the felt.
Suitable for:
• New build and remedial applications
• Use with all felts and the majority of roofing systems

OVER FASCIA VENTS
Over Fascia Vents provide discreet eaves ventilation in the roof void. They are lightweight and durable and are easily installed over the fascia in new build or re-roofing applications.
Description
Over Fascia Vents create ventilation by allowing airflow into the roof space and also stop birds and insects entering the void.
Application
Suitable for use in both new build and re-roofing applications.

• Each 500mm piece has a male and female end which interlock by simply sliding in place. This produces a 1 meter robust structure that will not crush or warp
• 10mm available for cold roof construction

Description:
High performance roofing membranes that are vapour permeable, water resistant and airtight. They allow vapour to escape from the inside whilst repelling rainwater from the outside, helping to minimise condensation in the roof space.

• Timber & metal framed constructions
• Fully supported or unsupported installations
• Tiled or slate pitch roofs

NOTE: Rafter Roll must be installed in properties where adequate ventilation and moisture management is required, as per building regulations and standards at the time of installation. Failure to do so may void your warranty.
Description
Continuous Rafter roll is designed for use in roofs with insulation at rafter level. The roll prevents the loft insulation from being pushed up against the underside of the roofing felt, which can lead to condensation in the roof space. The curved shape of the ribs also allows a constant airflow through the roof space, guaranteeing adequate ventilation.
Suitable for
• New builds and refurbishment projects
• Pitches of 15 degrees or greater
