Firstable, this project insired by my newphew.I have a nephew who has down syndrome.

So i have seen what happen to him ahd also his familiy.They was dis their ability , such as in their education, life.Somebody think they cannot even develop but is not true ‘they can’ and they can do it well.So this is why my project came out.I have seen his development.People with down syndrome able to have a career.

We cannot deny that people with down syndrome is not yet accepted in the society ,much due to its external appearance and misunderstanding.Resulting from close opportunities to learn and develop their potential, living with other people even a career ,open mind , but the fact they want to have friends , society like other kids and acceptable.

โครงการออกแบบภายในโรงเรียนพิเศษสำหรับเด็ก อาการดาวน์ซินโดรมนั้น เป็นโครงการที่เสนอแนะแนวคิด การออกแบบและการจัดสรรพื้นที่ให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด และเป็นสถานที่ในการช่วยเหลือและส่งเสริมพัฒนาการ ของเด็กพิเศษ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์โครงการดังนี้ 1.เพือ่ ศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับอาการดาวน์ซินโดรม ความต้องการของเด็กกลุ่มอาการดาวน์ซินโดรมเพื่อการ จัดสรรพื้นที่ 2.เพื่อมีสถานที่ท่เี หมาะสมต่อการพัฒนาการและศักยภาพ ของเด็กดาวน์ซินโดรม 3.เพื่อมีสถานที่ที่สร้างโอกาสทางการศึกษา การดูแลตนเอง การใช้ชีวิตอยู่ในสังคม

WHAT DOWN SYNDROME? กลุ่มอาการดาวน์ หรือ Down’s syndrome เป็นโรคที่เกิดจากความผิดปกติของสาร พันธุกรรมที่เป็นมาแต่กำเนิด เด็กมักเกิดจากพ่อแม่ที่ปกติ เด็กจะมีสารพันธุกรรมของโครโม โซมแท่งที่ 21 เกินมา อาการแสดงหลักคือ ปัญญาอ่อนมีโรคหัวใจพิการและอายุสั้น ทั้งนี้ชื่อ ของโรคตั้งตามชื่อของแพทย์ชาวอังกฤษชื่อ John Langdon Downซึ่งเป็นคนแรกที่ได้อธิบาย อาการของโรคนี้ไว้ในปี คศ. 1866 กลุ่มอาการดาวน์จะมีหน้าตาคล้ายคลึงกัน เช่น ศีรษะเล็ก และแบน หน้าแบน ดั้งจมูกแบน ตาเฉียงขึ้น คอสั้น มือแบนกว้าง นิ้วมือสั้น ฯลฯ และความผิด ปกติทางร่างกาย เช่น ระบบหัวใจและหลอดเลือด กล้ามเนื้อ ทางเดินอาหาร เป็นต้น เด็กที่มีดาวน์ซินโดรมส่วนใหญ่มีความล่าช้า เล็กน้อย - ปานกลาง แต่สามารถฝึก ทักษะได้ โดยการกระตุ้นพัฒนาการแรกเริ่ม (Early Intervention) สามารถเริ่มได้ต้งั แต่หลัง คลอด รวมไปถึงกายภาพบำบัด,กิจกรรมบำบัด บำบัดเรื่องการพูด ฯลฯ

Trisomy 21 – in which all the cells in the body have an extrachromosome 21. About 94% of people with Down syndrome have this type.

Translocation –in which extra chromosome 21 material is attached to another chromosome.

Around 4% of people with Down syndrome have this type.

Mosaic – in which only some of the cells have extra chromosome 21 material. About 2% of people with Down syndrome have this type.

03 Phase 3: Rajanukul Institute (2001- present) สถาบันราชานุกูล (พ.ศ.2545-ปัจจุบัน) ปรับเปลี่ยน โครงสร้างบทบาทภารกิจใหม่ ยกระดับฐานะจากโรงพยาบาลเป็น “สถาบันราชานุกูล” จึงได้มิการกำหนด วิสัยทัศน์ พันธกิจ ปรัชญา และคำขวัญ หรือพัฒนาสถาบันฯ

แห่งชาติโครงการหนึ่งในแผนพัฒนาสาธารณ สุขแห่งชาติฉบับที่ 1ของกองโรงพยาบาลโรคจิต กรมการแพทย์ กระทรวงสาธารณสุข ได้รับอนุ มัติให้ดำเนินการก่อสร้าง ตั้งแต่ 15 มิถุนายน พ.ศ.2503 เริ่มแรกรับบุคคลปัญญาอ่อนจาก โรงพยาบาลสมเด็จเจ้าพระยา จำนวน 20 คน ต่อมารับผู้ป่วยใหม่อีก 5 ราย รวมเป็น 25 ราย

02 Phase 2: Rajanukul Hospital (1969-2001) โรงพยาบาลราชานุกูล (พ.ศ.2522-2545) พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวทรงพระกรุณา โปรดเกล้าฯ พระราชทานนามใหม่ว่า “โรงพยาบาลราชานุกูล” เมื่อวันที่ 22 เมษายน พ.ศ. 2522 เป็นโรงพยาบาลพิเศษเฉพาะทาง เพื่อให้บริการแก่บุคคลปัญญาอ่อนแบบครบ วงจร ตั้งแต่การตรวจวินิจฉัย บำบัด รักษา ส่งเสริมสุขป้องกันโรค และฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพ พร้อมทั้งเป็นสถานที่ฝึกอบรมและให้การศึกษา ดูงานแก่บุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้อง

WHAT hugs and mugs?

The “Hugs & Mugs” Career Training Program is a retail café and gift shop run by adult mentors with Down syndrome and program support staff.The eighteenweek career training program places GiGi Academy graduates as “interns” at Hugs & Mugs

Interns learn customer service skills (taking and filling orders at the counter); sales skills (using the cash register machines, making change, and issuing receipts); food & beverage service skills (preparing and serving coffee, espresso and other specialty drinks),logistics and fulfillment skills(order packaging and shipping),IT skills(downloading,filling,confirming and tracking online orders), etc.

DOWN SYNDROME Opportunities Outside the U.S. Starbucks support of people with disabilities reaches beyond the U.S. as well.Starbucks Thailand is working with the Rajanukul Institute and other disability schools to hire new partners.

This includes Sirinlak Chalat, a café attendant with Down Syndrome who has been working at the Starbucks Langsuan Community Store in Bangkok for two years.

“Sirinlak is an extraordinary girl. She works hard and wants her customers to feel happy,” said Manida Maungkeaw, Starbucks Langsuan store manager.”

นางรังสิมา เทียนทอง (นักวิชาการสอนพิเศษชำนาญการ) สถาบันราชานุกูล - ระยะเวลาในการสอน 18 ปี ทางเดินเชื่อมระหว่างตึกไปตึกครูว่ายังไม่ดี ฝนตกก็เปียกเดินได้ไม่ถึงครึ่งทาง ต้องรีบวิ่ง สีสันในสถานที่ดูอึมครึม ห้องเรียนควรมีพ้นที ื ่พักผ่อนระหว่างเรียน ้พืนที่โล่งๆ มีพ้นที ่ ื เล่นในห้องเรียนเด็กชอบ มีสถานที่ฝึกในสถาบันก็ดี เราดูแลได้ สอนได้ เด็กทำได้

ครูสอนโภชนาการ (อาหาร) สถาบันราชานุกูล - เด็กควรได้ฝึกทักษะการใช้ชีวิตประจำวัน ปกติเหมือนเด็กทั่วไป เด็กพัฒนาได้ สามารถทำได้หลายอย่าง ขึ้นอยู่กับเด็กชอบอะไร ให้โอกาสเด็กในการทำสิ่งต่างๆ อย่าปิดโอกาสเพราะคิดว่าเด็กทำไม่ได้ “ถ้าเด็กทำน้ำหกก็สอนให้เช็ดอย่าไปคิด ว่าสอนไม่ได้ เด็กทำไม่ได้หรอกเพราะเด็กทำได้ เราควรให้โอกาสเด็กพวกนี้” เด็กจบไปทำงานกับStarbucks ก็มี งานศิลปะวาดรูปก็วาดสวย แค่ยังไม่มีพื้นที่ แสดงผลงาน

หัวหน้าฝ่ายอาคารพัสดุ-ซ่อมบำรุง สถาบันราชานุกูล -ทำเป็นโรงเรียนประจำก็ดี ส่งผลให้เด็กมีระเบียบ มีวินัย เด็กได้ฝึกการใช้ชีวิต ถ้าทำต้องมีห้องปรับพฤติกรรม เด็กดาวน์ซินโดรมพฤติกรรมไม่ก้าวร้าวรุนแรง อยู่สบาย เพราะเด็กดาวน์อารมณ์ดี มีหอพักก็ดี เด็กจะได้มีพัฒนาการในการ ดูแลตัวเอง พฤติกรรมที่ดี​ี ทำให้เหมือนบ้าน อย่าทำให้เหมือนโรงพยาบาล

พี่เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายงานพัฒนาวิจัย - สำหรับพี่ พี่ว่าโรงอาหารมันอยู่ไกลเด็กเกินไป มันเป็นเหมือนโรงอาหารโรงพยาบาลอ่ะ ให้พวกแพทย์พยาบาลบุคลากรมากกว่าให้เด็ก เด็กต้องเดินมากินไกลจากตึกเรียน ทางรถ กับที่จอดรถก็ไม่พอจำนวนบุคลากร ที่พักผู้ปกครองก็ไม่ค่อยพอ

ทฤษฎีและแนวคิดของ สเติร์นเบอร์ก (Sternberg) Sternberg ได้เสนอแนวความคิดเกี่ยวกับสติปัญญา (A Triarchich Therory of Human Intelligence) โดยใช้ชื่อทฤษฎีของแท่งทฤษฎีสามศร (Triarchich Theory) ซึ่งสามารถอธิบายเป็นทฤษฎีย่อย 3 ทฤษฎี 2.ทฤษฎีย่อยด้านประสบกา รณ์ (Experience Sub theory) เป็นการพิจารณาผลของคว าม สามารถในการคิดแก้ปัญหา หรือสถานการณ์ต่างๆ ด้วยการ ทำความเข้าใจปัญหา (Comprehensive of the task)

1.ทฤษฎีย่อยด้านบริบทสังคม (Contextual Sub theory) เชื่อว่าการพัฒนาการคิดต้องมีความ สัมพันธ์กับสิ่งแวดล้อมและวัฒนธรรม ของบุคคลที่เขาเคยชินให้สิ่งเหล่านี้ ค่อย ๆ ปรับตัวด้วยกระบวนการ (Adaptation)หรือเลือกสิ่งแวดล้อม เข้ามาช่วย (Selection) ปรับแต่ง สิ่งแวดล้อมให้เหมาะสมกับเขา

Play around Nature Children Amanenomori nursery school designed by Aisaka Architects’ Atelier.“The concept of its design is to provide enough space for 160 children to play around in the nature and also for all their parents and nursery staff to feel safe,� said the architects.
