Bang Rak district currently has a project called Creative economy district Which is a project that enhances the quality of life and economy for both the residents of Bang Rak District and those who do business in Bang Rak District By leveraging creativity Art, culture and architecture to be a business district related to art. This art thesis project was created to raise the level of the building to be a part of this creative economy project to preserve the whole building, which is an old building, many years since the reign of King Rama V. And to develop the business to be able to grow even more in the future.
