Working-aged people" make up the majority of the entire population, and is also the group of people that contributes the most to the national economy. In the next few years, working-aged people will all eventually become the aging society, therefore, it is essential that they are aware and attach great importance to their health while it is still not too late. As they tend to focus too much on work, so much so that they neglect the importance of looking after their own wellbeing and rest, this often results in poor health conditions due to the lack of work-life balance. This project therefore aims to study and help adjust the lifestyle of working-aged urban people in order to promote good health. By applying the "Blue Zones" theory which refers to regions of the world where the populations have longer life expectancy than average, or groups of elderly people that are healthy, strong and lively, as well as in reference to Power 9 - the 9 principles to achieving Blue Zones, I have come up with a center for the
