2020 In a year of deep uncertainty, God brought certain peace. As routines toppled around us, His plan was not derailed. Through a pandemic, political upheaval, natural disasters, and more we’ve been reminded that heaven rules.

Rise above the challenges of this year with us and celebrate what God has done through the ministry of Revive Our Hearts!

From Nancy’s Heart Dear Friend, What words come to mind when you consider 2020? Crisis? Pandemic? Upheaval?

Here at Revive Our Hearts, we’d add these words to the list: Impact.

Opportunity.

Growth.

We have all been impacted by the crises of this year. But that’s just one perspective.

We’ve also had a front row seat to see God at work during these days, reviving hearts around the globe.

The challenges we’ve faced have been doorways to new avenues of ministry, allowing us to share the hope of the gospel in fresh ways. Through His faithful provision our various outreaches have continued and grown, allowing us to point even more women to His Word and to help them trust Him more deeply.

In the midst of a year that’s been full of ups and downs, cancellations and changes, I’m thankful for the assurance that our heavenly Father has all things under His control.

We have no idea what will happen in the coming year—or even what will happen tomorrow. But He knows—and has planned—the beginning and the end and everything in between. In other words, heaven rules.

As we prepare to turn the page to 2021, we at Revive Our Hearts are eagerly anticipating the new ministry opportunities before us and seeing God at work. Thank you for the part you play in helping women around the world who need to be assured of God’s providence and love.

It’s been a banner year—and we’re not done expanding!

That’s the number of radio broadcasts celebrated by Revive Our Hearts on October 30, 2020.

What a way to begin our twentieth year of ministry!

2,013 Times each day our daily programs— Revive Our Hearts, Seeking Him, and Aviva Nuestros Corazones—hit the radio airwaves on 1,100 unique outlets.

Say “yes!” to the weekend—Revive Our Hearts Weekend, that is. This weekly broadcast launched in select radio markets on October 3. Dannah Gresh hosts this “best of the best” program, bringing content from each week’s Revive Our Hearts programs to new listeners around the country.

CRY OUT! Thousands of women were encouraged to pray desperate prayers during our October Cry Out! In addition to daily Cry Out! audio content, more than 50,000 women signed up to receive 31 days of devotions and prayer prompts through the English and Spanish versions of this challenge.

PSALM 46 The focus of Nancy’s teaching in March as our world was in the throes of pandemic upheaval.

The theme of this series? “A Mighty Fortress is Our God.” It couldn’t have been timed better.

On March 23, Grounded launched. This new LIVE videocast was developed in response to the uncertainty and isolation caused by the COVID-19 crisis.

75 Seventy-five episodes of Grounded were welcomed into the homes and workplaces of thousands of women all over the world before the program began a summer hiatus.

One podcast, four hosts: Grounded returned with a fresh new format including Portia Collins, Erin Davis, Dannah Gresh, and Alejandra Slemin.

13 The number of Revive Our Hearts episodes we spent celebrating, remembering, and learning from the legacy of Elisabeth Elliot as we prepared to begin our twentieth year of ministry.

We continue to learn from her example as we stand on her shoulders.

This year God expanded the reach of Revive Our Hearts through the broadening of our digital platforms. We’re celebrating:

The impact of Grounded. Women tuned into this new live videocast on social media. We have seen significant growth of YouTube and Facebook followers as a result of both the English and Spanish (Arraigadas) versions of this program.

After receiving many testimonies from viewers, Grounded relaunched to a weekly program and will become part of the ROH Podcast Family.

around the world Despite a worldwide pandemic, the global outreach of Revive Our Hearts has continued to expand. Our message is truly “viral,” in the best possible sense of the word. And this is one we’re excited about spreading! Here’s a look at some of the ways we’ve increased our reach this year.

6,000+ Women from twenty-nine countries gathered in Monterrey, Mexico for Mujer Verdadera 2020, a conference for Spanish speaking women hosted by Aviva Nuestros Corazones (ANC). Women from 140 countries also participated in the event via 252,000 unique livestream views.

20,000 Latin American women, along with men, families, and whole churches, committed to reading the Bible from cover to cover using the Mujer Verdadera (True Woman) Devotional Bible produced by Aviva Nuestros Corazones.

Revive Our Hearts South Africa began recording, producing, and editing ROH Bible teaching series in Afrikaans. Their first study is going live on YouTube and features teaching from Psalm 107 on “God’s Goodness in Troubled Times.”

125,000+ tuned in to Arraigadas (Grounded in Spanish) in the first ten weeks of the pandemic. This live videocast launched in March as a response to COVID-19 lockdowns.

Sabrina Aslan, the voice of Nancy DeMoss Wolgemuth in Farsi, continues to record additional episodes. Sixty more are currently in production.

ROH South Africa developed podcast initiatives in the picture languages of Tsonga and Sepedi along with a new mobile App and website.

Women from Belgium and the Netherlands have been translating ROH material into Dutch. This group has been distributing Revive Our Hearts content via WhatsApp since 2019 and launched a dedicated Instagram feed in July.

These events would utilize ANC speakers and would point toward Mujer Verdadera ‘23 in Mexico.

365 more. Response to ANC’s MV365 Bible reading challenge has been greatly encouraging. The challenge will begin again January 1 with a goal of equipping more women to read the Bible every day in 2021. Plans are underway to issue the same challenge in English.

Income and Expenses Donations Conference Revenue

The Mujer Verdadera (True Woman) conference took place in Mexico in the spring. Due to the pandemic, True Woman 20 had to be postponed. Revenue already generated for TW20 will be used for TW22.

Total donations increased by 14 percent this year, as did giving from our Monthly Partners. In a year of worldwide economic challenges, this is cause for praise and a testimony to His great faithfulness.

Thanks to a generous donation, we were able to update our auditorium this year, creating a more modern and functional space for capturing teaching and conducting training.
