EDITORIAL Eleven editions sharing stories and experiences. I truly believe that life is this beautiful opportunity we have to write great stories and feel as much as possible. Sharing all that with special people and being moved by the stories, strengthens these bonds, making it all worthwhile. Eleven editions based on an innate principle: love. Love for an artist that often leaves us without words to describe him: that's Alejandro Sanz. This love brought us here, sustained us, enriched our path with inexplicable details and extraordinary moments. The magazine strengthened our bonds, allowing this relationship between faM and idol to become even closer and more special. My way of thanking you is to give the best of me in each edition, with my illusions intact and with a crazy desire to be always evolving in all aspects. This eleventh edition is full of courage, emotion, history and greatness, as it is the only magazine entirely dedicated to the greatest Spanish artist of all time. Here we begin a new journey that passes through the past, the present and projects the future of Alejandro Sanz. Recently, the artist completed one of the most successful tours of his entire career. #LaGira was a worldwide success, with more than half a million spectators. In this issue we dedicate an exclusive special to the closing of Gira, with details you haven't read anywhere else. In the next pages we will take a trip to "Paraíso Express", after all, we are all looking for a little piece of this paradise. The month of June is full of reasons for the artist's faM to be cheerful, one of them is the start of the #SANZenVivo Tour, and another - not less important - is the "FAM Sanzero Day" which is celebrated on June 24. In addition to these articles, many others await you in the next pages of the eleventh edition of Siempre Magazine. May you enjoy every page, every moment of reading. Alejandro, thank you very much for accompanying us on this journey, without you nothing we do would make the slightest sense. You are extraordinary, unique and incomparable. We love you!

HONORABLE SERVE Alejandro Sanz was invited by Real Madrid C.F. to kick-off the last match of the 21/22 season at its stadium, the Santiago Bernabéu. The match was played on Friday, May 20, against Real Betis Balompié, a match valid for the 38th round of LaLiga Santander. A Madridista from the cradle, Alejandro is an Honorary Member of the biggest club in the world. It was a special night for Alejandro, according to the artist, it was a dream come true, an absolute honor for the artist whose father, Mr. Jesús Sánchez, instilled in him the love for the white club. It was two minutes to 9:00 p.m. in the Spanish capital when Alejandro Sanz stepped onto the stadium pitch and walked smiling under the watchful eye of Benzema towards the center of the pitch to take the kick-off. He received a standing ovation from the crowd in the stadium and also from the players of both clubs. A night never to be forgotten.

YO NO QUIERO SUERTE "One of the hits of the artist's new album entitled "SANZ", the song "Yo No Quiero Suerte" had its videoclip released last April 28th, while the artist was on tour in Central America. A classic and beautiful ballad in the style of Sanz that portrays love in a passionate way, where there is no luck or chance if you are with the person of your life. A music video rich in details, full of fast and interesting movements. The artist begins by looking at himself in the mirror, an object that is the expressive mark of his new album. During the clip, the artist moves between environments with different people playing for luck and running away from bad luck. "Yo No Quiero Suerte" conveys a message we should all cling to: there is no luck if we have each other.

UN VERANO SIN TI Bad Bunny, one of the biggest names in Latin music today, recently released his new album "Un Verano Sin Ti". The Puerto Rican singer mentions Alejandro Sanz in the lyrics of the song that gives the album its name: "Alejandro Sanz con el corazón partío / y yo con el alma rota" (Alejandro Sanz with a broken heart / and I with a broken soul). Through his social networks, Alejandro posted a video where he appears lying in a hammock while his girlfriend Rachel Valdes dances to the rhythm of "Un Verano Sin Ti". Sanz sent a message to the Bad Bunny through the post: "Message written and received". This is not the first time Bunny has referenced a Sanz song. In 2020, the reggaetonero sang on his social networks a fragment of "Te lo agradezco, pero no", a song released by Alejandro in duet with Shakira in 2006. Could we expect a collaboration between these two artists?

SOLITARY BOTTLES On May 10, Alejandro Sanz announced through his social networks the solidarity bottles that are being produced in collaboration with the company Quokka Bottle. "This is not a bottle, it is much more: awareness, responsibility and the certainty of the importance of taking care of our planet," said the artist. Sales of the bottles will go to the "Ayuda en Acción" project, whose initiative and purpose is to conserve and reforest 250,000 hectares of mangroves, also known as "blue forests", in the Honduran Mosquitia.

He takes the stage accompanied by his guitar to start his concerts with the stellar energy of "Hoy que no estás". It is as if the universe stopped to witness the magic of those two hours, which could well be five. The clock begins to count the hours, minutes and seconds in a different way, the concept of happiness rises to a level of total ecstasy. The heart races and the soul struggles not to leave the body. Adrenaline is like an electric current that travels through the body. Under the attentive gaze of millions of stars is the moment when the magic happens... after that, it is history, our memories, our experiences, there, together... One voice, one heart. Synchronized souls as if they had known each other all their lives.
Siempre Magazine had the privilege of accompanying our favorite artist in Colombia and Puerto Rico. They were very special and unforgettable moments.

Panama was the artist's first stop on his concert schedule for South America, Central America and the Caribbean. It was Tuesday, April 19... After a long wait, Alejandro Sanz took the stage to give his audience a memorable night. The Plaza de Eventos Amador sang at the top of their lungs the artist's greatest hits, such as "Hoy Que No Estás", "Cuando Nadie Me Ve", "Mi Persona Favorita", "Corazón Partío" and other historic songs. Alejandro showed his satisfaction and expressed his gratitude: "It is truly a pleasure, you don't know what it feels like to be able to go on stage and sing for them... We thank them for their effort to share this time with us". A night that Panama City will never forget: Alejandro Sanz was the first great international artist to perform in the country after the pandemic period.
@reallygreatsite Colombia went through a wait of almost six years before receiving Alejandro Sanz again. That wait only strengthened and enriched the bond between the country and the artist. The first concert took place on April 21 at the Movistar Arena in Bogota. It was a cold day in the Colombian city, perfect weather to warm the heart singing the artist's greatest hits. Alejandro took the stage accompanied by his band at 9:05 p.m., wearing an elegant black suit in front of the more than 14,000 people who packed the venue. After the first few songs, the artist spoke to the audience: "It's been two years, one month and two days," he said visibly moved. "Don't make me cry," he then commented to give way to a new song "Let's have a good time," he mentioned. One of the most emotional moments of the night was when Alejandro Sanz dedicated the song "Contigo", a song written by Joaquín Sabina, to the audience. Cali was the second Colombian city to receive the singer. The concert took place on Saturday, April 23, at the Pascual Guerrero stadium.
It was the most important and awaited concert of the year in the city, Cali also suffered with the anxiety of waiting for their favorite artist. The concert began around 10 p.m. to the sound of "Hoy que no estás" and the audience went wild. The magical and much dreamed night was just beginning. Dressed in a blue suit, black shirt and zebra shoes, Alejandro Sanz left the audience anesthetized with his first songs. Alejandro wore a beautiful smile throughout the show, with an impeccable performance full of gratitude. The salsa capital counts the seconds to see the flamenquito again. After the concert, Alejandro posted a video on his social networks singing "Viviendo Deprisa", thrilling all his fans, who could feel the warmth and emotion of that night in Cali. The third and last stop in Colombian lands, to close his concert agenda in the country, and that for many reasons would also become one of the most special nights of #LaGira2022, was Barranquilla, where Alejandro Sanz performed for the first time. A magical and unforgettable night, with another sublime performance by the artist, with a passionate and devoted audience, chanting his name and his songs from beginning to end.
COSTA RICA Alejandro Sanz's love for Costa Rica is evident and his happiness to sing in the country fills the soul of Costa Ricans with joy. Parque Viva welcomed the artist with open arms, not even the heavy rain that fell on the city hours before could prevent the audience from arriving on time and settled in to see their favorite Spaniard sing the songs that marked the lives of millions of people. Seeing Alejandro Sanz live is an incomparable emotion, so every minute of waiting was worth it. They sang, cried, smiled and applauded the artist during the two-hour concert. Alejandro, with few words and a lot of intensity in his songs, left the audience in ecstasy. The artist's extensive repertoire included deluxe songs such as "Deja que te Bese", "Quisiera Ser" and "Corazón Partío", as well as iconic songs such as "Amiga Mía", "El Alma Al Aire".... PUERTO RICO Puerto Rico experienced one of the most important moments for an artist in his country. After almost a decade, Alejandro Sanz brought back the emotions and feelings of his fans and admirers. The artist sold out all the tickets for the show that took place at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico, "El Choliseo", as it is called in the Puerto Rican island. With phrases such as "Puerto Rico te quiero" and "Arriba, Puerto Rico," Sanz cheered the faMs. Among his hits, Alejandro performed "Mi Marciana", "Looking for Paradise", "Cuando nadie me ve", "Mi persona favorita", "Back in the City", "Deja que te bese", "Lo que fui es lo que soy", "Labana", "No es lo mismo" and "Quisiera ser". The audience was completely surprised when Kany García, also from Puerto Rico, took the stage and together they sang "Muero", her new single, which had been released days before.
One of the most special and memorable moments of the night, in which the audience was moved to tears with the new and wonderful duet song. It was beautiful to see the chemistry and beauty of the song live in Alejandro and Kany's voices. Magical night also for the Puerto Rican member of the band, Crystal Torres, to whom Alejandro dedicated a few words in front of the audience. Once again, Alejandro Sanz made magic.
DOMINICAN REP. Now it was Santo Domingo's turn to welcome the Spanish star. The concert took place on Saturday, May 7 at the Estadio Quisqueya Juan Marichal. When we talk about Alejandro Sanz, we are sure it will be an enchanted night. The audience sang the artist's songs with a lot of energy, joy and emotion. It was also a very special night for three members of the band who are Dominican: Chris Hierro, Helen de la Rosa and Karina Pasian. He said: "How wonderful! This is a very special night for us (...) in this blessed country, thank you very much for receiving us like this". A night of total dedication by the artist and the band, every detail was impeccable.
GUATEMALA If there is someone who never disappoints his audience and his faMs, it's Alejandro Sanz. A perfect stage, the lights, the band... a sublime Alejandro Sanz took the stage to open the show with "Hoy que no Estás", which drove the audience crazy. During the show, the artist expressed his joy at being able to sing in Guatemala again, after two years of waiting: "It was worth the wait. What a joy to be in Guatemala once again". It was an extraordinary night, with an impeccable performance by the artist. Leaving his seal of quality wherever he goes.
EL SALVADOR The last concert of La Gira 2022 took place in San Salvador, closing with a flourish a cycle of presentations that lasted almost four years, including the period of the pandemic. The happiness of the artist, his band and all those who accompanied him was contagious. An exciting show with all the refinements of joy, emotion, intensity and love to crown such a special night. "Good evening, how are you, what a pleasure to see you, for us... turn on the lights so that the band can be seen... for those of us on stage it is a very special night, here we end a cycle of almost four years that began in 2019," commented Alejandro Sanz very excited. It was a two-hour concert, where the audience did not stop singing for a minute. It was a very special and unforgettable night, putting an end to #LaGira.

#LAGIRA The tour kicked off in 2019, in Spain, with five major concerts in five cities: Seville, Barcelona, Madrid, Elche and Santiago de Compostela. Then, on August 31, Alejandro Sanz began his American tour, touring fifteen cities in the United States, performing a total of sixteen shows. Between October and the beginning of November, it was the maestro's turn to perform twelve concerts in Mexico, each one a total success. To close the year, Alejandro Sanz performed in Punta Cana (Dominican Republic) on December 14. The master performed nine shows in six countries: Peru (Lima); Paraguay (Asuncion); Uruguay (Montevideo); Argentina (Buenos Aires); Chile (2x Santiago and Mostazal) and Ecuador (Quito and Cuenca). The shows scheduled for later were cancelled due to the pandemic, but the wait was worth it, Alejandro Sanz was one of the first artists to return to perform major concerts. In October 2021, Sanz returned to perform in the United States, performing twelve shows in twelve cities, with SOLD OUT performances in all concerts. Finally, the shows that had been cancelled in 2020 were performed in 2022: nine shows in seven countries to finish the tour on a high! In total, Alejandro Sanz presented with #LaGira sixty-four concerts, in front of an audience of more than half a million people! A masterful tour, for a unique master.

Bogota and Cali
From Rio de Janeiro to Colombia. Honestly, there is nothing more exciting than riding roads just to accompany Alejandro, it is one of the most rewarding pleasures in life for me. I arrived in Bogota late in the morning of April 20, the city had a cold weather alternating between rain and drizzle, as I like it. The best memories we build with the people we love and the great stories we share with them.
Therefore, there is nothing better than traveling in the company of someone as special as the trip. Jenifer, who is also part of the team of this magazine, traveled from São Paulo so that we could live this magical moment together. I had my anxiety and adrenaline under control, with a clear purpose in mind: to do a great job for my magazine. Curiously, (laughs), the night before the show, in the wee hours of the morning I could only listen to one song: "La Mejor Noche De Mi Vida", by my beloved Pablo Lopez.
That song was my mirror. My emotions, sensations, feelings? The truth is that I already had a conviction inside me: that night of the 21st, at the Movistar Arena, would be the best night of my life. We had an incredible day, with Italian food and good wine. On the way back to the hotel, we found a record store and I managed to buy the last unit of the "SANZ" vinyl and a rare CD of "Si tú me Miras", with a beautiful version of the "Básico" concert on DVD, pure relic.
On Thursday night, the city was crazy. Next to the Movistar Arena is the stadium of a local team, the Millonarios.
The
concert
and
the
match
happened almost simultaneously. So you can imagine what Bogotá was like at that time. We entered the Movistar Arena with a little less than an hour to go before the concert started, with tickets in the front row.

A lot of things went through my head. I think that like me, we all went through several difficult moments during the last few years. Pandemic, losses, health, among other things that take away our peace. Being there was like touching heaven. There were no worries, just the need to live that moment intensely. Alejandro came on stage punctually, extremely elegant, completely dressed in black. With such a passionate look that made my world restart. It was like the first time... the illusions intact and the indescribable happiness.
The dream had become palpable, it took off from the paper and was realized as magic.
And of course, the purpose of the first night was fulfilled: live transmissions, videos in extraordinary quality, photos, among other details, which were made and executed successfully.
For a moment I lowered my head, closed my eyes and listened to the voice that changed my life entering to the center of my being. Our gazes met in several moments and each one of them I have engraved in my memory. See, I was sure that this was going to be the best night of my life....
Touché, perfect night! The next day, in the morning, we traveled to Cali, where on Saturday we saw the second and last concert before returning to Brazil. Describing feelings in words is not always easy, especially when it comes to Alejandro Sanz. Again on Saturday, Italian food and a good dessert to recharge the batteries for another unforgettable night. We left the hotel a few hours earlier, for a very special reason: we were going to meet Alejandro before the show.
A few hugs, photos, signatures, a conversation that changed everything, as always. We were there, in front of him, totally grateful for all the love Alejandro has for the magazine, for his love for me aand for having 'saved' my life, time and time again. It was an unforgettable afternoon, and yet the show hadn't even started....
Two hours passed and the concert was about to start, again we were in the front row, a few steps away from Alejandro. This time, he came with a super elegant blue suit, black shirt and elegant zebra shoes very chic. I have all the memories clear and sharp, like daylight. Just close my eyes and I am transported back to that night of April 23rd. A night I will never forget, an impeccable show, with a sublime performance of the greatest Spanish artist of all time.
There is just no way: Alejandro is extraordinary. There is nothing that can be compared to him, he is different, he shines different from the others. The most special moment of the concert for me was when Alejandro interpreted the most universal song in history, (laughs), "Corazón Partío", and looking me in the eyes he sings the verse: "after the storm always comes the calm". There are things that can only be experienced and there is no way to explain them.
Those days will be marked forever in my life. Everything went perfect. Much better than I could have imagined. Thank you Alejandro, for everything you and I already know. You have no explanation. Thank you for the opportunity to live and feel these moments. I can only say thank you and hope for a future full of surprises and incredible things.
The Magazine is a great responsibility, where I feel totally comfortable to give the best of myself, and I feel that the mission was accomplished in these two concerts, with the best quality of content possible. UNITED FOR THE CHILDREN OF UKRAINE BOTH THE HUMANITARIAN COMMITMENT AND THE GREAT HEART OF SOLIDARITY THAT CHARACTERIZES ALEJANDRO SANZ ARE KNOWN WORLDWIDE. Whenever he can, the artist collaborates selflessly with his grain of sand helping causes that require it. The Spanish artist has collaborated on several occasions with UNICEF, a United Nations agency that provides humanitarian aid and development to children and mothers in developing countries. And this time it has been through a campaign carried out through social networks, to ask for peace for the children of Ukraine. It happened last April 5, Alejandro Sanz made a connection via IG Live with Juan Haro, UNICEF worker displaced to the Ukrainian city of Lviv, in order to give visibility to the critical situation of children affected by the war in Ukraine, and help in fundraising.
Sixty percent of the country's child population has been forced to flee their homes in search of safety, crossing borders into neighboring countries, but many children are still inside Ukraine as internally displaced persons.
Since the war began in Ukraine on February 24, 2022, more than a hundred children have been killed and more than four hundred injured.
Sanz, through his direct, has appealed to people to donate what they can to UNICEF, and has pledged to double the amount of money raised through this action.
DURING THE VIRTUAL MEETING, ALEJANDRO SANZ SAID THAT "THERE ARE NO BETTER OR WORSE WARS" AND THAT IT IS "VERY IMPORTANT THAT THE UKRAINIAN PEOPLE FEEL THAT WE ARE WITH THEM, REALLY". HE ALSO THANKED UNICEF FOR ITS WORK IN UKRAINE AND NEIGHBORING COUNTRIES, WHICH PROVIDES "NORMALITY WITHIN THE CHAOS" AND IS "ON THE FRONT LINE IN DIFFICULT SITUATIONS". In the first half hour of his connection with Haro, Sanz raised more than €1700 for the cause. Juan Haro told the live audience about the work that UNICEF is carrying out inside the country, as well as at the borders: the organization has already sent more than 100 trucks with more than 1,200 tons of emergency supplies including medicines and medical equipment, winter clothes for children and hygiene, educational and recreational kits, as well as drinking water. Also, the Blue Points at the border initiative, with safe spaces to provide emergency response to traveling families and identify unaccompanied children in order to protect them from abuse and exploitation. UNICEF has set up twenty-six Blue Dots on the border with Poland: "It's like carrying a school in your suitcase". In these blue points there are beds to rest, a breastfeeding area, psychological assistance and school kits.
"THE HUMANITARIAN NEEDS OF CHILDREN ARE ENORMOUS AND GROWING. WE ARE FOCUSING ALL AID ON PROTECTING REFUGEE AND DISPLACED CHILDREN."
At all times we have been able to see an emotional and affected by this situation Alejandro. Unicef has emphasized at all times the work of Alejandro Sanz, who has maintained "a constant commitment to the children of Ukraine since the beginning of the war", joining the calls of UNICEF, Spain for peace and an end to attacks against civilians. "It breaks my soul. I don't know how human beings can be capable of such atrocities. Simply for economic interests..." Said Alejandro, who throughout the live show repeated that his personal and human facet prevailed over all those interests and that life for millions of people has changed tragically from one year to the next: "A month ago they were living a normal life, going to supermarkets, going out to the street and they moved the floor as they say in Mexico." "When this direct is over, I will go to deliver my donation because any help is vital for someone. What everyone can do is always welcome", Alejandro ended up explaining during the connection. A pure soul, selfless, human, transparent, empathetic. That's how he is.

THE GREATEST LOVE STORY EVER TOLD Saturday, June 4, 2022, a night to perpetuate in music history. Alejandro Sanz kicked off his #SANZenVivo tour in Madrid, Spain, in front of more than 55,000 spectators who sold out to see the greatest Spanish artist of all time dazzle on the mega stage produced at the Wanda Metropolitano stadium. After three years of waiting, Madrid felt the fire that Alejandro carried with him all this time, wanting to sing for "his people". Hundreds of faMs began to line up at the stadium seven days before the concert, getting ready to see another mega show. A night of strong and magical emotions was about to begin. From the "Intro", it was clear that it would be one of the most important "Tours" of their entire career. As the audience watched attentively, waiting for Sanz to appear, incredible photos and videos of the artist were played on the giant screens.

"I've been thinking for a long time what I was going to say, but now I have no fucking idea. This is our night, tonight we are all from Madrid, no matter where we come from. And if the world ends tomorrow, it doesn't matter, because today I'm in Madrid". - Sanz "No es lo Mismo" was the song that kicked off the concert, leaving the audience vibrating from the first minute. He followed with "Lo que fui es lo que soy", which for more than thirty years has been kept at the highest level. Great hits such as "Deja que te Bese", "Mi Marciana", "Cuando Nadie Me Ve" and "Amiga Mía" could not be missed. It develops during these two hours between the albums "3", "Más" , "El alma al aire" and "No es lo mismo", among songs from more recent albums, obviously including his latest studio work "SANZ", which was the best-selling album in physical format in 2021 in Spain, just two weeks after its release. In this trip to his beginnings, we see an even more flamenco Alejandro that makes that fusion with Latin pop and also with a bit of rumba, in "Labana" and "La Rosa". Following the setlist of the previous concert (Madrid), the artist surprised the audience with the song "No es lo Mismo" opening the concert. ALEJANDRO SANZ "I believe that these changes must always be made. You have to take risks to do different things. People may not have liked it as much, but it's healthy for a musician." Tommy related that when he arrived he was impressed with the amount of material that Alejandro had written, he felt as if he was entering a painter's studio, where there were several models of paintings, sketches, some half complete, others more complete. He had in his hands two complete cassettes... it was just Sanz and the piano. It was months and months of ideas that were about to take shape. Torres was responsible for grouping all the ideas, classifying and organizing them. He was fundamental in the creative process of the album. Alejandro told me: "I have written so much that I am no longer objective about what I like the most. You listen to it and be my second pair of ears".

Alejandro and Alicia Keys met many years ago, at Rock in Rio in Lisbon, Portugal. From the first moment they met, there was a very special connection between the two artists. A long time later they met again by pure chance, as if the stars aligned in the sky and on earth simultaneously. They met in New York, on the boat of mutual friends, they took a walk along the Statue of Liberty, a magical night. Alejandro picked up his guitar and started singing "New York, New York". They improvised, sang and played until, as if out of nowhere, "Looking for Paradise" was born.
ALICIA KEYS "I'll never forget the day we wrote Looking for Paradise, on our good friend Loren's boat in New York. I had never written a song that way before, we just got together playing cajon and guitar, singing and telling what was going on in the world. And he was so happy, so immersed in the moment.... I still see him like that, living in the moment, which is the best way to live in my opinion."
A great detail is that Sanz had not planned to include any duets on the album... but that night in New York changed everything. It was impossible to leave that marked experience aside. Singles The album's first single was the song "Looking for Paradise", a duet with American singer Alicia Keys. A tremendous fusion of voices and rhythms gave a brilliant touch to the lyrics. Released on September 14, 2009, it came with a beautiful music video. Alejandro and Alicia appear singing in separate environments and imagining their particular paradise while singing the song. They meet on a terrace with several friends in common, we can see Alejandro throwing his guitar and Alicia sitting next to him to sing and improvise, in a moment of absolute joy. Fantastic, because they simply managed to bring to the video a beautiful story as well as the night they were together singing and playing sailing the waters of New York. The second single "Desde Cuando" was a hit on the digital platforms, a real ballad in the purest Sanz style. The music video was filmed at Disney's Golden Oak Ranch Studios in Los Angeles, California. It was directed by Pedro Castro, who also directed the music video "Looking for Paradise". This clip stars American actress Eva Longoria as Sanz's love interest. The video begins with Alejandro Sanz and Eva Longoria lying together on a bed.
