Bylaw Changes – Member RTAM Member Rex Virtue submitted the following bylaw change for consideration at the Annual General Meeting.
6.01 Annual General Meetings The Annual General Meeting of members shall be held each year in person, virtually, or both, as a hybrid (in person and online at the same time) meeting within the six (6) months following the Fiscal Year-end. All business at the AGM must be in compliance with these Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation. Rationale To allow Members who do not use computers to participate at the AGM.
