Morning - Arboretum Urban Green, Parnell Street On the fourth day, the Retail Safari will commence at Arboretum Urban Green on Parnell Street. Our exploration will take us to premier destinations in Dublin, encompassing both locally-rooted establishments and international retailers.

During our thoughtfully curated Retail Safari, managers will be guided through Dublin's finest retail outlets, each highlighting unique selling propositions. This tailored experience aims to motivate managers by offering valuable insights that can be applied to enhance their own stores and teams.

Lunch Afternoon- AIB Molesworth Street Every manager will be allowed to present their Sales Growth Plan, highlighting the outcomes of their committed endeavors during the program. Following this, there will be a Certificate Presentation Ceremony. Get ready to be inspired by our final speaker, Alan Donnelly, Head of Retail at the Guinness Storehouse. Alan and his team were the winners of the Prestigious National Retailer of the Year in 2023.
