Dear Partners, I’d like to use this opportunity to share with you, our valued Retailer Partners, my vision for Ultra in 2017.

We are witnessing major shifts in mobile telecom, MVNO, and most importantly the multi-carrier retail space. The news is filled with stories of “un-carriers,” major telecom brand acquisitions, the explosion of data and aggressive new entrants to the market.

We’re seeing the rapid expansion of carrierowned stores across the country. Some of you may ultimately trade your store’s name for one of these badges, but most of you will likely be fighting it out with a new “factory store” across the street, down the block or at the next subway stop. Change surrounds us and the future is not certain… but you know what? “We’re With You.” Right out of the gate in 2017, Ultra launched new plans, services and features that deliver incredible value for your customer.

We brought 60+ calling destinations to our core plans ($19, $29, $34 and $45) so important destinations like India, the Dominican Republic and Thailand now sit side-by-side with Mexico, China and Canada! This year, Ultra will announce innovation after innovation, month after month. We are exploring opportunities to help attract new customers to your stores and give you tools to “lock in” customers over the long term while still driving them back into your stores for recharge.

INDIA TRIVIA India is one of the most multilingual countries on Earth. The nation recognizes 22 official languages, and 17 of them appear on India's paper money.

It's estimated that 70% of all spices used around the world come from India.

India is home to the third-highest mountain on the planet. It is called Kangchenjunga, a Tibetan name meaning "Five Treasures of the Great Snow" which refers to the mountain's five summits. Kangchenjunga is 28,169 feet high – about 860 feet lower than Mount Everest.

On July 11, 2016, the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh held an event to break the Guinness World Record for trees planted in a single day. Over 800,000 volunteers worked for 24 hours straight, and the number of saplings planted before the day's end totaled 49.3 million!

That's why we are giving Retailers the opportunity to earn up to TWO free demo lines on Ultra or Univision's $45 plan! This plan now includes an incredible 7GB of high-speed data, as well as unlimited international calling to 60+ destinations on Ultra or 14 destinations on Univision. ON THE AIR/IN THE NEWS MARKETING SHOWCASE // The addition of unlimited India calling to our $19 plan means a brand new national advertising campaign geared toward callers to India! The primary nationwide promotion will involve ads on broadcast television during primetime to show India callers from coast to coast the amazing value they'll get for just $19 a month. We're will also have radio and outdoor boards in select markets.

Here's a breakdown of what this campaign is set to include.

We will be focusing on ads during primetime programing on Zee TV, Sony TV, and Colors TV. Ads will be seen during programs like Yaaron Ki Baraat, Kumkum Bhagya, Indian Idol, Crime Patrol, Rising Star, and Naagin.

Our radio ads will be appearing in Houston, Texas, on Sangeet Radio (95.1 FM and 1460 AM) as well as in Dallas, Texas, on FunAsia Radio (104.9 FM and 700 AM).

Outdoor billboards will be seen in New Jersey at PATH Train stops. Ultra Mobile will display 46" x 60" billboards at the New Brunswick, Metuchen, Metro Park, Elizabeth, and Journal Square stops.

Valentine's Day is almost here, and we're using February's edition of Activate to showcase some Ultra Love!
