What's even better is that now Ultra Mobile has its International Roaming feature in Hong Kong, so I can use my USA number for communication while visiting overseas.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU VISIT HOME? I go back to Hong Kong about once every five years.

WHICH COUNTRIES ARE CALLED THE MOST BY YOUR CUSTOMERS? Pakistan would be the top country, but I also serve customers who call Bangladesh, India, China, Mexico and Uzbekistan.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN AN ULTRA? I became an Ultra employee in August of 2013.

CONGRATULATIONS ON GETTING ULTRA FLEX FAMILY UP AND RUNNING! AS A DRIVING FORCE BEHIND ITS CREATION AND LAUNCH, WHAT WERE SOME OF THE BIGGEST CHALLENGES ALONG THE WAY? With everything going on in the Ultra world, I think the biggest challenge was determining which features were important to include in the launch of the Ultra Flex Family plan and when the right time to launch was. In the end, we agreed it was best to launch when we had everything available to the Retailer channel. It was very important to deliver a family plan in channel that subscribers would embrace and Retailers would be excited to sell; I think we built an innovative product that truly transcends the prepaid market.

IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT SETS ULTRA FLEX FAMILY APART FROM ANYTHING ELSE OFFERED BY ULTRA? Actually, I think the entire Ultra Flex Family plan is a game-changing product built for the prepaid market. Ultra Flex Family stands for something unique to the industry, clearly different from any other product a carrier can offer at a value so compelling you need to hear about it. Ultra Flex Family subscribers receive unlimited talk & text services at a decreasing cost based on how many lines you have linked to your family plan. What’s great about this is

opportunity to grow with the company the last four years. When I started working here, there were 15 employees and today we have over 130 talented employees focused on delivering innovative products and services for our Retailers to sell and help our subscribers connect with friends and family.

TIME FOR SOME PERSONAL QUESTIONS: WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST FAVORITE WEBSITE? Tough question to answer so I’ll answer from both a personal and professional perspective.

I used to have an AOL account in the mid ‘90s and spent a lot of time dialed-up as a result of the free trial CD I received in the mail. Around the same time, I was consulting at Nextel and they were building out their online presence.

I worked a lot, nights and weekends supporting builds and deployments. It was a fun time and reminds me of the culture we have built at Ultra.
