The vast majority of the country has shifted to spending a lot more time indoors, which also means the way people use their wireless has changed.

Some people are using more data because of spotty WiFi connections, some are using way less because of WiFi. Either way, this is a great time to check in with your Customers to help them with their new wireless needs.

Remind Customers to Use the App The easiest way for Customers to find out how much data they are using is to help them download the Ultra Mobile app. There they can check their data balance as well as balances on INTL call credit and roaming credit. You can also get a $5 bonus just by helping them download it!

Find the Right Size By Asking Them Questions To help your Customer find the right size plan based on their current situation and needs, you can ask a series of questions to get a good sense of how much their usage is: • Do they work at home?
