Our Ultra Plan grid is getting an upgrade with even more high-speed 5G • 4G LTE data. All plan data upgrades are at zero additional cost to the Customer.
Plans are available on 10/1 for New Customers, and for Existing Customers, when their monthly data resets after 10/1.
All international destination upgrades are at zero additional cost to the Customer. These new destinations are available on 10/1 for New and Existing Customers.

¡Arriba y Abajo! The United States’ neighboring countries just got friendlier for Ultra Customers visiting Mexico and Canada. Customers can now enjoy Unlimited Talk and Text roaming in Mexico and Canada on 3GB and higher plans.
This new plan enhancement is available on 10/1 for New and Existing Customers.
Customers can enjoy the peace of mind of always staying connected, while saving up to 10% off all 1-Month Plan renewals.
UpData got an up-grade! We’ve expanded our offering with a new 8GB option and lowered the price on our existing 1GB and 3GB. We did this to provide a better value for Customers who need a little extra data to get them to their next recharge.
As a reminder, Add-ons do not roll over, and expire at the end of the current 30-day plan cycle.
We know that sometimes life happens, unexpected events can occur, and everyone, including our Customers, could use some flexibility. That’s why we created the NEW Pause Plan, which allows Customers to pause their Ultra Plan for any reason. Once Customers are ready to resume, we can now ensure a seamless reconnection to Ultra whenever they’re ready to come back.
Available only to Existing Customers, the Pause Plan allows the Customer to pause their Ultra Plan but still keep their number and saved voicemails for only $5 a month.
This October we’re giving our Retailers the opportunity to earn even more with a 75% base MRC bonus on all newly activated plans. All new Single-Month or MultiMonth plan activations can earn you a 75% base MRC bonus, paid after successful renewal of Month 5.
Launch your earnings even higher with Existing Customer plan renewals! Existing Customers who upgrade their 1 or 3-Month plans to any 6 or 12-Month plans can earn you a 75% base MRC bonus. Additionally, Existing Customers renewing in October who renew their 6 and 12-Month plans again will also earn you a 75% base MRC bonus.
